Appears to be sturdy, water resistant, and is light weight. I won't know until disaster strikes, but I will keep my fingers crossed that it does what it says. What I especially like is that this case is large enough to fit office sized documents (8 1/2" X 11" ), but not so large that I can't keep it in an office drawer. Size was important to me, and many other cases were too long or wide.

This is the perfect size for all your important documents. The zipper makes it super easy to use. I would definitely spend the money on it again if needed. The material seems quality. I haven’t quite tested out. The water resistance, but seems like it would do a great job.

I really like how lightweight this bag is. It has good pockets inside and makes it easy to organize things. I wish there was a handle on one of the ends in addition to the long side. There are two zippers on this item and they are covered by a fabric flap. it makes it very difficult to open and close. I think this would be a great item if you are storing things and not frequently accessing them. I need to get into this thing a couple times a month and I find it a little too annoying. But I guess that’s the price you pay for the fire proofing.

I needed a fireproof/waterproof place to keep important documents like my will, trust documents,deeds to my car and condo , etc.In case of an emergency where leaving quickly is necessary, this item is perfect. Along with a regular handle, it comes with a shoulder strap for a hands free getaway.😀I like the double metal zippers and roomy interior. Great alternative for a safe or metal lock box. I also liked that you can use a code to open it. Or not .I recommend this item . I’m very happy with it.

Love it for what I need. So case I ever have to grab to of fire etc I can grab lot easy access to it.

I ordered this and was excited to get it! I liked the different departments and places to put papers, cds, etc. But I couldn't get the lock to work. I was frustrated with the difficulty of getting a new code to work and was concerned that I would continue to have problems locking and unlocking the case so I returned it.

This safe is awesome.. water and fire proof but light enough to carry. All our important papers easily fit and I have the piece of mind knowing that if emergency hits I have time to grab it and run or I can leave it behind and come back for it later. Living in tornado alley, it’s nice to know we can grab it and run if needed. Definitely highly recommend!!

This document case has a soft body. It is not a hard case. There is plenty of room for documents and other valuables. There are two zippers, which I didn't realize. Outer cover does conceal the zipper making it a little difficult to open and close but not too bad. As how fireproof I don't know. For water resistant, it is a vinyl covering or feels like vinyl? I would imagine water running off of it fine but to be submerged under water, I don't know?All in all not too bad, I like it and holds everything I need it too.

Only given 1star as I don’t have any experience of if it is waterproof.Not sure if a Stanley blade would cut through this. But it does what I need it for. Lock is not as strong looking as I would have hoped.Double zipped which the outer zip handles fits inside the lock to stop it being opened.Good for the money and fits inside a cupboard.I only need this for paperwork. I would not wish to put valuables in it.
