Don't stay on fitting. Coupler won't clamp on to zerk.
When I purchased this coupler I was thinking finally a coupler that won't get stuck after greasing or just plain come loose while greasing. I tried new coupler today and found out that coupler does not go far enough over the zerk to clamp in place. Coupler is not engineered properly, it does not stay on. I have to hold it on and makes a big mess. it is junk. How do I contact the seller or manufacturer about this situation. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!
