It works so smooth and fast that I do my nails very fast with no pain.

I really like this product. It's small, but has a lot of power and works great. I'm a dental lab tech so I use a high end version of this hand piece everyday at work. This unit has some quirks, but for the price it's good and I'm happy with the performance, so I'm giving it 5 stars. Pros: the light on it is very bright, comes with multiple sanding bands and drill bits, has multiple speeds, has a pause button for the drill, very easy to use. Cons: always has to be plugged in (I thought it was chargable, but it isn't, maybe some versions of it are, I'm not sure), the light on it doesn't have an off button (if you don't want the light on you have to remove it from the unit. Sometimes I just want it off for a couple of min and would like to just turn it off, but can't). Overall, it's a good product. I like that it comes in this cute color. I would buy this product again.

The first one I received was hard to turn on. The seller provided excellent customer service and replaced it. I used the new one last night and it was perfect. This nail grinder was powerful, but smooth. It was also quiet. I love this and highly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded.  I am surprised by how nice this machine is. It takes up much less space than previous drills I've used. For less money it's got a few really nice features. I love the slots on the top to hold drill bits. I often use several when I do my nails so it's great to just place them in order of use on the machine and not have to fumble or have them roll away. The cord for the hand piece is very flexible and you can move it so it comes from either side when you switch hands. I love the way the unit holds the hand piece also it's out of the way and you can leave the bit on because there is enough room for it. It has reverse direction for doing your opposite hand and a pause button so you don't have to turn the dial up & down every time. The movable light is nice too, very bright to see detail work easier and just plugs in or out on the back if you don't want it on.

I took it out and it didnt work i plugged it in followed the instructions and everything and the power cord has a little light and even the light on it worked but the drill part just wouldnt the dial lights and lcd screen would come on for a second when plugged in and then go right off. I am trying to return it but its hard to get down to the post office and yeah anyways its been very difficult and upsetting as i really wanted to try this little guy but oh well i have a much much nicer drill now! JUST spend the extra money get the M professional or a makarrt!
