You only need 2 gummies maximum for each child.
THESE GUMMIES WORK. I have 2 kids. These gummies put both of my kids to sleep 30 minutes after taking 1 gummy. I told the kids that they were "fruit snacks" & they love the flavor. I only give each child 1 gummy, wait 30 minutes (sometimes even less than 30 mins) & usually they're both asleep. If they're still up, then I give one more. I do NOT give them more than 2!! 2 MAXMIUM . My kids are 5 & under. They stay sleep through the entire night.

Great value and works well
Works very well and child is able to fall asleep quickly with no hangover in the morning. Great price and they taste great with a typical gummy texture that’s not too tough.

Great kids melatonin
They work great. As for my 5-year-old, one whole one is too much; I give her half. But for my 11-year-old, a full one is perfect! I love the quality and price, and I will keep buying them!

Recommend for younger kids. 6+ didn’t like the taste
My oldest kids didn’t like the taste very much. My two younger ones seemed to like the taste. These work on my kids. I do recommend them. I don’t recommend if you have a child that falls asleep than wakes up at 2 in the morning. My daughter has a hard time staying asleep and these don’t help her to stay asleep. (We have a newborn baby so I think that’s what keeping her up)

Worked and tasted good
My daughter thought these were candy which is a good thing and a bad thing. We always gave them to her before brushing her teeth. So if you're worried about the sugar, that's how I combated that
