Nighttime carpal tunnel symptoms improved quickly!
I love these wrist braces. After starting a very physical job which used my hands a lot, I was waking up in the night with the feeling of pins and needles in my hands. The feeling would sort of linger all day. And I was feeling achy-ness in my wrists. My situation was also made worse by sleeping with โdinosaur handsโ (both wrists bent inwards and curled up by my face). The very first time I used these, the pins and needles went away. Over the course of about a week now, the achy-ness has also improved. Iโve also quit that job, so that is an additional factor. As for fit and comfort, the comfy brace name is actually no lie. I was able to put the two braces on the first night (they are interchangeable with left and right) and then from then on just pull them on with only slight adjusting, which makes bathroom trips in the night much easier. There are these little bean bags that naturally sit in my palms while Iโm wearing these and they are just amazing. I have a bit of a tactile/sensory thing and something about those bean bags is just perfect for sleeping. I did not have difficulty adjusting to sleeping while NOT bending my wrists and I think itโs because of these little bean bag gems. Since these are left/right interchangeable, thereโs a large opening on the outer part of your hand which the bean bag thing falls out of sometimes. One small improvement that could be made is including a piece of Velcro to kind of seal off that opening. I have only worn these at night so I canโt speak to day time use. My feeling is theyโd be a bit too bulky, but obviously if youโre recovering from surgery or having more severe pain than me, this level of support might be necessary.

You need this!
Iโm so glad to have found this! I was suffering from my hands/fingers going numb while sleeping. I was constantly clutching my fingers. Waking up barely able to make a fist & pain in my joints. First night it took some time getting used to. I didnโt have any numbness or tingling in fingers all night long and was able to sleep!! Joints still a little stiff but better. Day 4 no pain with joints in the morning! The padding inside is a nice soft beanbag material and brace keeps you from bending wrist. I highly recommend this for anyone suffering from these symptoms!

Highly recommended
I recently purchased carpal tunnel wrist braces for my aging aunt (81 years old), and I couldn't be happier with the results! She has been struggling with discomfort in her wrists for some time, and since she started using these braces, her relief has been remarkable. The braces fit her comfortably and provide the necessary support without feeling restrictive. They are adjustable, which makes it easy to find the perfect fit for her wrists, ensuring she can wear them for extended periods without any discomfort. My aunt has expressed how much more stable her wrists feel, and it's truly heartwarming to see her able to engage in her daily activities with less pain and strain. What I appreciate most is the quality of the materials usedโbreathable and durable, which is essential for someone of her age. The design is also discreet enough that she can wear them comfortably at home or out and about. Overall, I highly recommend these carpal tunnel wrist braces to anyone caring for a loved one experiencing wrist pain. My aunt is thrilled with the positive changes sheโs felt, and I am so grateful to have found a solution that genuinely works for her!

Comfortable and effective for carpal tunnel
I have tried a bunch of wrist braces for carpal tunnel and these are my favorite by far. They are the most comfortable to sleep in, and they are effective in preventing my hands from going numb during the night. The only downside is the beads that cushion your hands donโt last as long as the rest of the brace. This is the third set Iโve bought because over time the beads shrink until thereโs almost no cushioning left for your hands. If they were more durable, or if there were replacements for the cushions, Iโd give 5 stars. But otherwise they are greatโthe Velcro fasteners adjust to fit your forearm and hand, and the brace is soft and comfortable.

I have big hands and I love this brace!
OMG this is the best! I was a little hesitant to order it because I saw that it is frequently returned and some reviews say that it was tight if you had big arms and hands. Well it Amazon so I can always return it, I told myself. It arrived quickly, was easy to put on and take off, and very comfortable. Some may not like the beads, but I love them! Itโs a nice cushion and for me it works well for a comfort/sensory thing to touch with my fingers. I feel like it has the right amount of thickness and flexibility for me at night. Then I also think itโs cool that it can be used on the left or the right hand so you donโt have to look real hard to see what hand itโs for when ordering. I just bought it so I havenโt washed it yet, but I did try removing the metal pieces and putting it back in for this review and it was almost effortless. I honestly donโt know why thereโs bad reviews on this product or why it gets returned often. Maybe people thought they could use it for daily wear too? Which I would not recommend. I mean it says itโs made for night wear so the brace is not made to be put through a lot of movement or activity. In summary if you use it for what itโs for I think itโs great!

I had doubts, but as The Monkees once sang..."now I'm a believer".
Last night, I got the best sleep that I've had in a very, very long time - I didn't have high expectations for this brace from a random company I'd never heard of before but I am SO glad I took a chance and bought it. I was afraid that perhaps all the 5 star reviews were "paid off" (I've had several other companies contact me after buying products on Amazon to offer me "free stuff for 5 star reviews", so I know this type of dishonesty happens all the time online). Now, I'm inclined to believe the positive reviews because I'm writing one myself. I'm almost 38, developed severe carpal tunnel and "trigger finger" in my late 20's while pregnant with my daughter. Apparently "pregnancy induced carpal tunnel" is a common affliction that usually clears up after giving birth. For me, it only got worse. I can't afford surgery, so I've been stuck at the mercy of useless wrist braces for about 11 years. I've wasted so much money on a pile of braces that did not help take away the dreaded "pins and needles" numbness pain. I deal with it during the day while doing normal tasks or typing emails, and that is bad enough, but at night it becomes unbearable the moment I lay down in bed. I toss and turn, I get 3 hours of broken up sleep on an average night. I've gone full 3 days with zero sleep on several occasions lately. My husband probably isn't sleeping well either due to all my tossing and turning. So, after years of this, lack of sleep was going to literally kill me if I didn't find something that worked. Thankfully this new "comfybrace" will not end up doomed to my pile of "garbage wrist braces", I am actually about to buy a second one for my other wrist (left wrist is less afflicted than right, but still afflicted). The brace itself was confusing at first. I think my lack of brain cells due to sleep deprivation probably contributed - I couldn't figure out why there was a pouch of beads inside the brace and I wasn't sure where to put my hand. My other braces never had "beads". After several attempts I thought to myself, "well, another wrist brace for the trash pile". I attempted once more before bedtime and suddenly figured it out...and shockingly, it was actually comfortable! The real test came at night, however. Could this super comfortable and surprisingly breathable brace prevent the horrid nerve pain? Answer was a very surprised "yes". I quickly forgot it was even on, and fell fast asleep. Usually within 20 minutes, I wake up from a "pins and needles" numb right hand and I have to stand up, allow my hand to fall to my side and become "un-numb" before crawling back in bed. This happens all night long, every night. No wonder I'm so exhausted I've forgotten my own birthday before. Last night, my hand was not numb at any time while laying in bed. This, to me, was amazing. No other brace has accomplished this. Time will tell if it can help me long term, but I am thrilled with results thus far. It is definitely too bulky to wear during daytime and still accomplish daily tasks, but that is a small price to pay because I can finally sleep again. Let's not kid ourselves into thinking that ANY wrist brace is 100% comfortable, I run very hot naturally and sweat like crazy at night, but this one is definitely among the most "breathable" I've tried. It is about as "comfy" as a brace could ever be. The velcro does not touch the skin, and if it does, just pick it up and replace it in a different area. I have fairly thick wrists for a woman and it stretched to fit, and would probably easily fit an average size man as well.

Not for me
Itโs ok. Definitely comfy. But it couldnโt support me where I needed because it has the other thumb whole opening for the other hand it just couldnโt give me that extra support I needed. Other than that itโs great

All but eliminated wrist and finger issues
The past couple of years I've been having weird numbness and twitching in my wrists, pinkies and thumbs. I've always just attributed it to the beginnings of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome from being on the computer all day since I was a child. I've bought the Veri-Desk, have three different types of mice and trackballs I switch between all day, I have the Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard, I am all ergonomic up, but was still having numbness and pain in my wrist, hand and fingers. Well one night, not too long ago, I realized that what I was doing was curling up my hands and sleeping on them, kind of like how my cat curls up its paws when it's sleeping. It didn't dawn on me that I was cutting the circulation off of my hand and over-stressing the tendons in my 'carpal tunnels' while I was sleeping! I honestly don't know if it's something that just started, but I doubt it, I immediately went on a search for a brace to sleep with at night. After a few days of looking and researching and reading reviews and researching and looking, I decided to try these out. Almost 5 stars, reasonably priced, and most important of all my wrists were hurting and my pinky was numb... "If these don't work I'm only out about fifty bucks." A couple of painful weeks later the Comfy-Brace's landed in my mailbox and I was anxious to try them out. They are very smartly made in that they fit on either hand, and directly under the wrist is a soft, but firm, cushiony area that molds to fit your wrist. The area under your wrist feels like it is filled with a bunch of soft, little balls that adjust perfectly as your wrist moves around, but over a firm 'splint' that prevents you from bending your wrist down. I thought to myself, "Self, this just might work." So that night when I went to bed I put them on. What is great about them is that I was still able to work with my phone and use the remote control. They don't interfere with your fingers, so you don't have to take them off to open a door, get a drink of water, or open a bottle of melatonin. They are actually pretty comfortable. As I was heading off to sleep I realized that right away I immediately put my hands up under my pillow and laid on them, and I realized that I probably slept on my hands all curled up for the entire night - and for how long I have been doing that I honestly don't know. It took a couple days to get used to, but now I have habitually changed the way I sleep. I no longer have any numbness in my fingers, and I don't get tired of typing all day like I used to before I started using these. And when I don't feel like wearing them I instinctively don't curl my hands up under my head anymore (that I realize anyway). Thank you, ComfyBrace, you probably saved me, or at least bought me some time, from getting full-blown Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and maybe even surgery!

Effective support brace and timely delivery
The package came earlier than expected. I ordered this product from Amazon US which meant longer delivery time. I've been suffering from wrist pain for months now. The doctor prescribed me some medication to correct the uric acid level in my blood which was causing the pain, and some pain reliever for when the pain attacks. But using this brace is truly helpful with the occasional pain and discomfort. It's effective and gives my arm relief after use. Thumbs up to the seller.

Perfect
I tend to sleep with my wrist curled and this forces it to stay straight so no more sore wrists in the morning. It is comfortable and unlike other gaiters, does not hurt the fleshy part of the hand between thumb and forefinger. There is also a sleeve inside which prevents the gaiter from falling off even on the loosest setting (which I use). It has been very helpful, as comfortable as you can expect, and appears to be well-made and durable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for nightly wrist support.
