Connected for a few hours
It worked great for about 3 hrs. Now the Bluetooth keeps cutting in and out and will not show CarPlay.

Works well but they need to come up with a better mounting system.
This item did start up and connected easily to an android 11 phone with little problem – make sure Bluetooth is ON. Maps and music shared the screen space with no problem.I set the clock, which was cumbersome. I soon found out there is no CMOS battery to keep the clock going when the power is off. Don’t bother setting the clock unless you are going to wire this unit into your car permanently. The mounting system for this unit just plain sucks! They expect you to glue this to your dashboard. First of all – yuck! Secondly, I have two cars and I want to use this in both – so gluing is not going to cut it baby! I fashioned a mount out of old metal I had sitting around. I Velcroed this unit's mounting bracket to the metal plate. The metal plate rests on my dash with the help of some chair leg protectors to keep it from skating around. This works fine!It does not make phone calls. It makes the call, but no-one can hear you. I found the answer in another item's help section. This is an AndroidAuto thing. They refuse to send phone audio over the wireless Bluetooth connection. But, it is apparently OK for the Phone app to send audio over wireless Bluetooth. Allow your phone to connect to the car's radio as well as this unit. It works!I have used the FM output to send audio to the car's FM radio. It works OK, but when you get in a congested area where there is a lot of FM radio usage ( Fast Food restaurants, stores, etc) it has interference. As an alternative, use a high quality shielded Aux audio cable to connect. Lower quality shielding will result in ignition noise getting through. The aux cable supplied with the unit allowed ignition noise to come through.I am not sure about updates for this item if Google updates AndroidAuto, but for now it is OK.Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase.

How to make your old car into a new one.
It works great. The transition is slow but compared to the price it’s great.

Won't run Android Auto
I bought this device in order to run Android Auto. The instruction "manual" is close to meaningless. I have read many blogs on the net. I have checked that my phone is compatible with Android Auto. It is and works just fine with the system in our Toyota. This piece of hardware will not support it and I'm sick of trying to get it to work. I have wasted many hours following suggestions that go nowhere. Everything seems fine, the phone communicates with the device but no Android Auto. Enormous waste of my time and a waste of money. Less than worthless because it won't do what I bought it for and wasted a large amount of my time.

Nice but...
The screen is good and has a good resolution and also the connection to the Android auto is fast and stable. But not all is perfect. The built-in speaker and microphone are far from being good enough to use when having a phone call. I found also the AUX connection to be not usable because of the bzzzzzz sound that makes it useless. Unfortunately for me it is no more than a navigation screen.

I’m returning this.
I bought this for my girlfriends 2014 Jeep that has Bluetooth and man, I am very disappointed.Pros:-wireless CarPlayCons:-Bluetooth output does NOT work and will not connect to stereo, or show a list of devices it can connect to.-Aux option is done through a pass-through in the cable harness, and not into the 3.5mm headphone Jack in the actual head unit.-the aux option is VERY static-y.-don’t even try the FM transmitter. If your car moves 3 feet in any option, it will stop working.-backup camera does not even have flash, which… yeah, it’s not advertised that it does, but it would have been nice, yanno?

Very Good navegation and voice command
The device work good but only has one base install attachment, no suction cup option like others, the main problem the back up camera CABLE it is not long, my Ford F150 is a short 5.5 bed long so no truck can install the back up camera with the cable provided for it but you can buy an extension Pixelman 2.5mm Male to Female Backup Camera Extension Cable,10ft Rear. All other features work fine and Bluetooth is very good and love the voice commands to make callas answer text and asking google for directions, i contact the seller and waiting to see if he will send an extra cable, he's been very helpful. overall excellent device for the money do it yourself save money and have the latest tech on your vehicle
