Bought as a gift for a new marathon runner and she loves it. Multiple settings and ease of use make it functional. It fits well with the strap and provides relief where needed.

I have many gadgets and tools for muscle recovery. I’m most impressed with this machine out of all of them and makes me excited on what’s to come in the future.The contrast therapy to me is just incredible. It gets very cold and hot but tolerable at both temperatures. I’ve only used a few times so far but I really think this is the most effective machine I’ve tried. I recently sprained my ankle and using the contrast therapy it noticeably feels better right after use. I also have a bit of arthritis in my shoulder and this can target and help ease the pain/soreness associated with that.Very easy to use and a bit pricey but I think it’s worth it so far. Hopefully I can count on this lasting years.

It really works. i was a little bit skeptical but reviews were really good so I risked it and both it as a present. Of course you can hear a fan a little bit but sometimes it's difficult to get ice and this can be charged and take anywhere.

This thing is great. So soothing and therapeutic. Leaves muscles feeling rejuvenated. Small gripe wish it had a 3rd button to activate the hot/cold session as holding down both buttons isn't always super convenient. Excellent nonetheless.

I discovered this product while searching for the new Hyperice X Shoulder. As an owner of the Hyperice X for knee, I find the RecoveryTherm Cube superior for several reasons:1. On-device control without requiring an app2. No need to turn on phone location while using, which the Hyperice X requires3. Exceptional battery life with long-lasting charge4. Versatile use on multiple body parts (knee, shoulder, back, calf, etc.)It has some drawbacks to note and they include:- It doesn't appear to have a low battery indicator.- Temperature settings not displayed (refer to the manual)I highly recommend this product and plan to purchase a second unit. The manual is essential for optimal use, so read it thoroughly.

Was bummed to find out that mine was clearly opened by someone else and used then returned. You’d think with expensive as these are that wouldn’t happen. The cube itself seems like it doesn’t have any defects. The heat is definitely more intense than the cold is. If you looking for something to replace a. Old fashioned ice pack this won’t cut it. It’s meant for more convenience than anything.
