I have many gadgets and tools for muscle recovery. I’m most impressed with this machine out of all of them and makes me excited on what’s to come in the future. The contrast therapy to me is just incredible. It gets very cold and hot but tolerable at both temperatures. I’ve only used a few times so far but I really think this is the most effective machine I’ve tried. I recently sprained my ankle and using the contrast therapy it noticeably feels better right after use. I also have a bit of arthritis in my shoulder and this can target and help ease the pain/soreness associated with that. Very easy to use and a bit pricey but I think it’s worth it so far. Hopefully I can count on this lasting years.

I wish the item itself was a bit bigger but the straps are plenty long enough to wrap around my knee and stay there. It gets cold instantly and helps the pain and runs for a LONG TIME on a single charge. The gel pads don’t stay cold very long at all. I LOVE THIS ITEM! More than I wanted to pay but I was desperate and nothing else I bought was working. They don’t make straps and items big enough to fit around swollen or bandaged knees;; except for this. This works great and instant and long lasting pain relief. So glad I decided to try it.

I received this literally an hour ago and am already compelled to tell people about it. Its fantastic. While the surface area may be smaller than some other options, it does work quite well. Best part being the contrast mode of alternating heat and cold. This is a fantastic feature and is already helping with my aches and pains. It also makes it convenient to not have to switch anything out and let the heat / cold alternate. The one downside. The fan is loud af. It's like having a 120mm computer case fan strapped to your shoulder so you'll need some noise canceling something if you want to be able to focus with this thing in operation. I think the fans are required because they've used a Peltier TEG (thermoelectric generator) to be able to produce both heat and cold. They need the fan to maintain the heat differential from each side of the plate.

super interesting and cool product. works well, gets cold quick, gets hot quick. Only thing preventing a 5 star is it's good for maybe 3-4 FULL sessions then you have to charge it (if you use it on high), but that's still pretty efficient considering how much power it exerts. Definitely recommend it for ease of use and convenience.

I use my cube daily and many times multiple times a day in the contrast most to help with my lower back pain. It’s helped me heal from that injury and I can say it’s pretty durable. At one point I was using it 4 times a day, each time for about 20 minutes or until it died, then it immediately put it in the charger and about 30 minutes later it would be ready to go again. You really do have to be careful to not block the fans and that can sometimes be tricky to hold it in the right spot with or without the strap but I ultimately make it work but just using my hand. I feel like it’s a better fit than using the strap. Overall I would say that if I were to lose my cube or it broke for whatever reason, I’d by another one immediately.

Worth the buy! I never write reviews, but I had to say how wonderful this device is. I had a leg injury and was told I needed to keep icing it for a few weeks. This device took all the hassle and mess out of it. It’s fantastic. It has three levels of cold and heat. I doubted just how cold it would get, but it’s like ice on my leg! It’s amazing. It’s been a GameChanger for me. The heat is wonderful as well, I’m just bit needing it at the moment.

I love this little device, it does exactly what it says but after a month and a half of use The battery seems to be failing. full charge will now only give me one full contrast cycle, then is totally out of gas a few minutes int the next cycle when turning on again. I make sure that the vents are clear when using. not sure if I got a defective one. would be nice if you were able to use it while plugged in, then wouldn't really be an issue for me.

As a proud American Citizen, I have been boycotting Target for almost 2 years now. I knew I wanted this therm cube for my Father who has terrible back pains, knee pains & horrible neuropathy. So, I shopped around looking for the best price. Although Target had this same product in stock & the shipping said it would be here before last Christmas, I decided to SAVE some money (as the price was less on Amazon than Target), & I waited the extra 2 days after Christmas for the product to come in. My dad has found so much relief with this gadget. It’s great for pain in areas all over the body. My dad works very hard, & he tried everything for relief… you could go back to an ice pack that melts, or, you could invest in a product that fits comfortably on multiple parts of the body with the adjustable strap it comes with all while finding relief in a comfortable spot while relaxing! This product was well worth the money! And, it brought my dad the relief he needed!

Fan ruins it. It always blows and can’t be turned off. Honestly - go and spend a couple of hundred on those single use heat packs if you want something portable…or an old school hot water bottle or heat bag. I tried to like it. Avoid. Heat patch is less than 5x5cm.
