Sleek Technique: Sleek Ballet Bootcamp was exclusively designed by professional dancers and founders of Sleek Technique, Victoria Marr, and Flik Swan. These choreographed routines will whip you into shape and give you a lean, toned, Sleek body in no time. There are moments in all of our lives where we need to kick-start our systems and rev up our metabolism to shed those unwanted pounds and get your heart racing. These 3 x 20-minute programmes build in intensity and are fast and effective to get you in prime shape. All 3 routines will raise your heart rate making you sweat and giving you defined muscle definition by combining signature movements from classical ballet at a Bootcamp pace. This DVD includes: Warm Up: Every ballerina knows the importance of a proper warm-up and this routine is perfect to thoroughly heat your body and stretch your muscles to prepare you for the three invigorating routines. Programme 1 (20 mins) consists of full body movements with sweeping pliƩ pulses and strengthening and toning ballet drills with a special focus on the core. Programme 2 (20 mins) takes the tempo up, flowing from position to position as you move seamlessly from your upper body, to your core, to your lower body in these fast-paced targeted Bootcamp routines. This heart-pumping session will tighten, tone and slim your whole body in all the right areas. Programme 3 (20 mins) is the most challenging cardio workout with high intensity rapid drills to really get your heart racing and your body sweating with knee lifts, arm circles, Port de Bras, extensions and Arabesques just to name a few that will really burn calories and help you get that firm Sleek body. Cool Down is very important to keep your muscles lean and elongated. This stretching sequence will give you time to restore your body to its regular state.

Perfect
I'm quite generous with my ratings, but I do think this dvd is worth it. Firstly, Flik and Victoria are very likeable, easy to understand and professional. This is a no nonsense dvd, which I like. The setting is aesthetically pleasing, as is the music. The dvd consists of 3 20 minute routines and about a 5 minute warm up and cool down. I have tried a lot of dance and ballet workouts and this is the best in all areas, there really is nothing off putting. The warm up and cool down are perfect, the cool down being a lot harder. In fact many moves remind me of yoga, and it is intense, but improvement always comes with repeated practice, so I'm glad it's challenging. I tried one whole section which I found very difficult, so there's no room for boredom- I definitely felt my muscles were being pushed. I scanned/did a couple of moves from the other 2 sections and all 3 sections seem challenging, interesting, graceful and varied. I'm really pleased with this dvd, it really does tick all the boxes for me. I don't usually write reviews but at the time of writing this dvd only has one review and I believe it should have many more.

Wow get in shape fast
Its really good. Before you realise it you are working pretty hard for this type of routine and the next day you really know how hard you have been working

I love it both the presenters are great and the exercise ...
I have just started barre lessons and bought this DVD to expand my ballet exercise. I love it both the presenters are great and the exercise really makes me feel as if I have stretched all my muscles

I loved doing this DVD would buy the others
Finally stated this DVD after having this for several months. love it. I ached for 3 days afterwards. And used to teach ballet.
