Poor design quality
Firstly the 4 bolt holes are not the proper size for uk tow bar bracket, (do not take m16 bolts) you have to get alternative bolts or drill it to suit.secondly the 4 bolt holes do not line up properly (as above) you have to drill to suit.Maybe the maker should try and make sure it fits before selling it 🤔
