Great Supplement
This prenatal is great! I have not experienced any side effects. It's made of more easily digestible ingredients. It has a good amount of Vit D for mood support. And it's made of quality ingredients. It is slightly more expensive and you do have to take 8 capsules a day, but I haven't found that too difficult. They have a lemon essence that I also didn't care for, but others might like.

EIGHT capsules per serving
I love these. They work well with my body chemistry. I've used them pregnant and postpartum. My only complaint is the number of capsules you have to take. Hoping for a quality product that squeezes everything you need into one pill is unrealistic. But 8 capsules feels excessive. And it can be challenging to take that many if you are dealing with morning sickness.

High-Quality Prenatal with Strong Choline Support and Clean Ingredients
I chose these prenatal vitamins because they provide a very comprehensive nutrient profile, and the inclusion of a meaningful dose of choline really sets them apart from many other prenatals. Nutrient profile: The formula includes a broad range of vitamins and minerals needed before, during, and after pregnancy. Key nutrients include bioavailable folate, vitamin D, magnesium, calcium, and choline, all provided at evidence-based levels designed to support fetal development and maternal health. Choline content: One standout feature is the 300 mg of choline per serving, which many prenatal vitamins either omit or include only in small amounts. Choline plays an important role in fetal brain and neural development and placental function. Ingredient quality: The vitamins use well-absorbed forms of nutrients and are third-party tested for purity. The brand focuses on minimal fillers and avoids unnecessary additives, which helps maintain a clean supplement profile. Capsule format: Because the nutrient doses are fairly high, the daily serving requires multiple capsules. Some people split the dose across meals to make it easier to take and improve digestion. Things to know: This prenatal does not include iron, which some users prefer to supplement separately depending on their needs or doctor’s guidance. Overall: A thoughtfully formulated prenatal vitamin with a strong emphasis on choline and other key nutrients that are often under-dosed in standard prenatal supplements.

Disgusting smell when opened
This bottle absolutely reeks when opened. It reminded me of the smell of spawned sockeye salmon when they die off on the shores. I fought through the smell and took it once, and ended up with a headache even my prescribed medication couldn't help me with for 2 days. I've been taking this prenatal since before my pregnancy (about 6-7 months) and have gone through several bottles straight from the FullWell brand website. None of the other bottles have smelled, especially not this terrible, including their fish oil. This was the first bottle I ordered through Amazon, against my better judgement, and only because I realized I was running out way too late to order through the website again. They aren't returnable, and I haven't been given the option to exchange them, which is all I wanted. Please learn from my mistake and don't order them through Amazon. Unfortunately, I will be switching to a different brand for the time being while I decide whether it's worth chancing going through the brand itself again and waiting it out. Highly disappointed.

Worth it
I was hesitant to pay $40 for these but I’m so glad I did. I had more energy and less nausea compared to other prenatal vitamins. Definitely worth the price

Good quality but quite a few pills to swallow
These are great and are good quality. They don't taste bad and the pill aren't huge. The only complaint is the amount you have to take in order to get the full serving amount

8 pills a day is a lot!!
It has a lot of stuff in it which is great! But the serving size it gives you is ridiculous. 8 pills a day. I was taking them pre pregnant and was okay but now I'm pregnant and I gagged the second it touches my tounge. Not the pills fault, but how on earth do they expect you to take 8 of them????

Excellent for Trying to Conceive
Update: I have repurchased twice now and these prenatals are one of the best I’ve tried. I take all 8 servings at one time after I eat and I don’t mind it anymore. They do turn your urine neon yellow from the B vitamins but that doesn’t mean your body is not absorbing anything. I know for a fact it helped increase my vitamin B12 levels. But it’s always best to take B12 sublingually so I take B12, Iron, and vitamin D (I’m deficient in all of those) I love that these don’t have any iron in them because I am deficient and I need to take a much higher dose of iron. If you are deficient a regular prenatal is not going to be enough to bring your iron levels back up. So I take my iron separately. Honestly this has all the nutrients you need including magnesium which most prenatala don’t give you enough of… and for the value it can’t be beat. The only problem is that I tried to open the capsules and dissolve in water and these don’t dissolve. I mixed it for a while and ended up with powdery water. So that sucks that I have to swallow them as capsules since the serving size is 8. I’ll try splitting it up in AM and PM like other reviewers have stated.
