Functions efficiently
This item is exactly as advertised. It feels safe if you exercise caution. Twisting flows evenly and is small turns or large turns which allows you time to be efficient.

Quality “toy”
I bought this for my 17 month old son. He has sensory processing disorder. He enjoys this board walking across it. He also sometimes will use it to rock back and forth on. As well as a ramp for toy cars and watching balls roll down it. Very cool sensory toy for not just kiddos but parents too! I find myself rocking back and forth standing up on it. It holds my weight (150lbs) perfect! Only small issue we have had is that it needs to be on a carpeted area in order to walk across it safely for little ones. Otherwise it will slide causing little one to fall. Also watch where your kiddo puts their fingers while rocking on this. Otherwise it is perfect! Oh and I almost forgot that it came with those sensory spikey dot things. He likes them too however he is just a little too young for them right now. For now he uses them to through at people. 😉

Twist and rotate
This is a lot of fun to use. I find myself rotating counter clockwise as I twist, so it's a more of a twist and rotate workout. The traction bumps and foot placement can get a little uncomfortable after a while. I can't imagine doing this barefoot. Overall, I'm enjoying it.

Fun and Easy to Use
Fun to use and easy to use . I love how big the foot pedals are and I love that the petals are not connected so that I can place the petals where it’s comfortable for me. Even my son love to use these !

Fun, But Be Careful Not to Injure Yourself
Easy to use, large enough for most feet, and very fun once you get the hang of it and can twist continuously with momentum, especially to some music! The reason why I took off some stars is because I think for mostly plastic parts, it is overpriced. I feel like the twisting joint or mechanism will wear out because you are bearing your weight on it and spinning it back and forth. You also have to be careful not to injure yourself. Best to brace yourself near a chair or wall, in case you lose your balance. You should find the way to twist that feels right to you. I felt like it was most effective if you bent your knees a little, and twist from the waist at a moderate pace, not too quickly. It's very easy to put strain on your knees if you twist with only your legs standing straight. It would have helped if it came with some instruction diagrams to get you started. After daily use for over a month, I found that it helped with weight loss. Was an alternative way of getting some cardio in, but this isn't really going to build any muscle if you're trying to strengthen your core. Better off doing pelvic thrusts and leg lifts on a yoga mat.

No
No resistance. My thirteen year old daughter and I both tried them a few times. My husband tried them. We can't seem to work up a sweat. My four year old son keeps getting on them and giggling.

Yes it really is big enough for Adult feet!
I love it! I wear size 9 shoe and there's about 2 inches more in length and plenty of width. They are very sturdy, (no crunching noise as I have read on other products) and really fun to use. I bought a rubber mat to put under it but I didn't need to. The base stays put on hardwood floors and carpeting. The plastic materials are very thick and should hold up a long time. I'm 70 years old and I just put my hands on the counter for safety. Bringing back the memories. I would recommend it.

Doesn't Spin Smoothly
I was excited to order this XL twister board to use at my standing desk to get some different motion in during the day. This spin board boasts of ergonomic reflexology for the feet and promoting exercise and weight loss. However, I feel the features of the board are sub-par. The little bumps on the surface intended to massage your feet are firm and a little too intense for me after about 5 minutes with socks on. But no worries. Easy solution: shoes. The bigger issue for me is that when you twist to spin the board, you can feel lumps under your feet in the motion. Not in a massage kind of way, but in a getting stuck on each section of rollers sort of way. I'm not sure what the internal working looks like that is supposed to ensure that it glides easily as it spins, but even if the roller mechanics are sufficient (I suspect they may not be), you could almost surely eliminate feeling the lumpy sensation of the rolling ball sections by having a sturdier top piece of plastic that you stand on. As is, the surface piece bends enough to give a very lumpy ride and too much friction to twist smoothly. Not ideal or pleasant for mindless spinning, even worse if you're aiming to actually exercise. Related to the less than smooth glide, this board also is pretty noisy as it rotates. Kind of like an old school Nordic Track ski machine thing from a few decades ago, or like when a few treadmills are all going at the same time at the gym. My partner and I share an office, and I've got noise cancelling headphones, so it's not the end of the world but is noteworthy. If I weren't wearing headphones, it would probably drive me nuts. I hate to say it, but as excited as I was to get this and as happy as I've been with other products from this company (Yes4All), I think this particular product is poorly made and is not of very good quality. For reference, I am 5'4" female, 180 lbs, size 7 feet. Not skinny by any means, but well under the listed maximum weight of 330 lbs, especially for a product advertising use for weight loss. With some improvements in quality I still think I'd love something like this, but I may need to try one of the other brands.

Geweldig!
