has anyone tried it on a Chevrolet Equinox 2019?

Hi, please kindly know that this car phone holder is compatible with most horizontal vents. If the Chevrolet Equinox 2019 vent is this type, then yes.

Does this also include the charging cord? If so, how long is the cord?

Yes, includes a USB Type A to USB Type C cable that is 3 feet long.

Does this come with BOTH the vent mount and the sticky dashmount?

Yes it does & phone has not came off once either. I go down dirt roads w bumps

Does this interfere with or reduce the iphone cell signal? Does the phone get hot?

As a GloPlum magsafe car mount user, it doesn't reduce my phone's signal or make it hot when charging. My iPhone keeps full bars mounted in the GloPlum. Other generic mounts I tried cut my reception or overheated the phone. The GloPlum charges coolly and maintains my cell signal. Pleased with its reliable performance.
