The product worked well in itself but did not work for me. Helavo was so qood with my return request, I appreciate that. I saw nothing wrong with the rollator, it seems well built, but some specs I wish I had known before buying.The good: the wheels handled grass, broken sidewalks,potholes, even railway tracks like a champ. I was impressed.The troubles:I am just under six feet tall. The handles at full extension were a couple inches short so I had to hunch a bit. I didn’t like this but I could have lived with this.I am 250 pounds. It’s rated for 300 so I thought it would be OK, but no. It may be strong enough but it is not wide enough for me; on any slant to the side (like virtually all roads) the high-side wheels would come off the ground. This was scary.I walk around three miles per hour. At that speed the wheels lock up, they turn sideways to the road and the walker stops and stutters and this throws my weight forward over the handlebars. If I slow down they don’t do that. But I have no wish to walk one mile per hour. And I can’t afford to fall. I’ve been watching people, and they do walk slowly with their rollators, so this is a quirk of my own.So if I was my proper weight of 150 lbs. and an average height, and I walked slowly, this rollator would be fine, and I loved how it handled rough terrain. But sadly that’s not me and it’s not safe for me right now.Helavo was wonderful about talking me through what to do and letting me return the rollator. I was impressed.

This walker is great. It gives you a smooth ride over my asphalt road, also very quiet. Also tried it in rocky road. I am very pleased with this walker. It’s easy for me to handle, and is everything I wanted in a walker. Also very quiet! I am 85 and highly recommend this.

Tiene todo lo que yo estaba buscando en un andador y además me sorprendió con cosas nuevas, como por ejemplo que yo no sabía que con rueda neumática me iba a cansar menos caminando, además yo vivo en Perú y las veredas no solo tiene ni irregularidades sino que en muchos casos tienen huecos qué con mi andador anterior me provocaban mucho cansancio, pero con este andador esos problemas en la vereda casi no me afectan y eso es algo que me ha sorprendido porque no lo esperaba. Esa palanca para subir gradas con andador también es muy buena, aunque por mi condición neurodegenerativa y falta de coordinación puedo perder el equilibrio y alguien me tiene que ayudar pisando la palanquita para poder subir el andador, pero eso es un problema personal por mi condición, pero alguien sin esta enfermedad y sin problemas de equilibrio y estabilidad no tendría problema en usar esa palanca.De las cosas que sí esperaba están por ejemplo el bolso pero se pone de una manera muy fácil, no sabía del posavasos y ahora se ha vuelto una necesidad para mí, me encanta que para pasar por lugares más estrechos puedo encoger un poco el andador y pasa.Los contras son que no están liviano como mi andador anterior, pero hace poco descubrí que se le pueden sacar las ruedas y eso hace que pese mucho menos, pero ojo que mi andador anterior pesaba 6 kg, y este nuevo pesa como un andador normal. El otro contra es que cuando el andador se encoge para volverlo más estrecho, no es tan estable, pero normalmente no se caminan con la andador encogido sino que esta función es solo para situaciones puntuales.Lo armó una amiga en Estados Unidos y no puedo dar opiniones al respecto, pero me dijo que le fue fácil armarlo.Ya llevo usando el andador hace dos meses y medio y hasta ahora estoy muy contenta con mi compra y la recomiendo totalmente para una persona como yo.Pondré una nueva reseña cuando lo use en la playa de Perú.

This walker is the best. Haven't been able to get outside much cause I have had three neck and upper back surgeries in 3 years. Rides so much smoother than my my other walker with hard wheels much easier on my arms. I also use mine indoors also just much smoother rolling have to take cane holder and cup holder to fit through a doorway. I ordered another one from a diff company and it never even got to me I think it was a scam so difficult to find quality but this Helava walker is quality I have no complaints. Thank you Helava☺️ for building this walker with 12 inch phematic tires in front and 10 inches on back this walker improved my quality of life.

I found this for my brother who has Parkinson Disease, It was easy to assemble and looks nice. The thing he likes best is the pneumatic 10 inch wheels it well go anywhere. Nice and quite on what every road your own. The Tires have a valve stem. Only one i have found like this. Would biy again.

The wide tires make travel on gravel much easier.
