The cushioned bottom of this lap desk makes it more bearable for me to work on my laptop for long hours. It's soft yet firm, and the fabric cover doesn't bother my skin. The cushioned wrist pad also provides support, reducing strain on my arms and wrists as I type on my laptop. What's more, it keeps my laptop from sliding around, giving me peace of mind as I move and adjust the lap desk.It has a zippered storage space with two zippers that tightly fits my 15.6-inch laptop. Once inside, the laptop doesn't move. I doubt a laptop an inch larger will fit. It fits so snugly that I can flip the lap desk upside down, and my laptop doesn't fall out. I have to pull it out, which I think makes it more secure.Although the lap desk is thick, it's lightweight. It doesn't have shoulder straps, but I can use the flat carrying straps.Inside the storage space is a section to store paper documents or a thin notebook. Even though there isn't much space left with my laptop inside, I discovered I can squeeze in my iPad mini, too. However, I ensure that its screen doesn't face the hard surface of my laptop.There's a holder for my phone or tablet on top, but there isn't enough space for both the laptop and another mobile device. Nonetheless, I use the phone holder while working on-the-go when I have my laptop stored inside the lap desk storage, so I minimize clutter and keep all my essentials in one place.I use it for both, on-the-go and in my bed because it has rounded corners and smooth edges.

I have 3 different types of laptop desk, and I really like this one, I use ipad more often than laptop, and the wrist pad is really comfortable also prevent my ipad slipping off, and the holder it's a good space for my phone so I can easily find my phone abd keep my phone near me when I'm sitting on the couch, also the angle of the pillow is really good, it makes me feel more relaxed when I use my ipad or laptop, and it a 2 in 1 design so I just need to carry one thing when I'm going out and easy to use anywhere without a table.

I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because with a 15 inch HP laptop, the phone holder slot isn't usable. Granted, if I had taken the time to measure the dimensions of my laptop against the dimensions provided for this lap desk, I would have known that. But I feel the description of the product should state that somewhere, since it does specifically note that there's not room for a mouse if the laptop is 14in or larger. As far as using the zipper compartment to carry your laptop, it's quite snug for my 15in, so I definitely wouldn't recommend it for any laptop larger than that.The padding of the wrist rest itself is comfortable, but the fabric is a bit scratchy so may not be comfortable for long periods of use.

Our friend recommended us this lap desktop to use at home. I will have to admit that I am a bit skeptical at first because it didn’t see very impressive. However!! It turned out to be quite comfortable and we actually love it!!We like that it’s very lightweight but still sturdy. It holds the iPad or laptop well without making the user feel bulky. I also like that it can hold the phone straight while using iPad or laptop.Our kids use it to read ebooks so it’s great that the design is all round-corner and no sharp edges at all - this way it won’t accidentally hurt my child or my sofa!
