It has electrical issues.
The cable that had to connect the pad didn’t work. I ordered the same item twice hoping that only one or them had issues, but none of them worked. One of them didn’t work at all and the other one, I had to keep twisting the cable and hold it in a specific angle for it to stay on.

I absolutely loved this red light therapy pad! I’ve used it on my back and knees, and I feel a lot of relief after every session. It’s easy to use, comfortable, and the light has good intensity. Plus, the size is perfect for different parts of the body. Excellent quality for the price. I highly recommend it!

Works Great!
This is a Great Product! It has helped my carpal tunnel a lot! I use it also on my shoulder and lower back. I have had 3 cortisone injections in my hand for carpal tunnel. They work for a few months then it comes back. I have laid this Red light therapy pad on the palms my hands and wrist's two times a day for 30 minutes at level 3 and it’s been 4 months with no carpal tunnel symptoms at all! I plan on buying more for gifts!
