Is this type 4 or type 5 psu connectors for Corsair psu?

Type 4, but check your GPU, that 90 degree connector was an issue for me and I ended up buying a different cable that comes straight out from the GPU.

Will this work for Corsair RM1200x? There are two missing pins on your cable connected to the power supply and only one missing on the manufacturers.

Hi, it will work for Corsair RM1200x, and this type cable, it is also have 1 empty pin in each 8pin connector, and total 2 missing pin for 2x8pin

Does this have a clip to hold it in place

It does have a little tab that is supposed to clip to the connector on the card. However, mine didn't actually manage to clip, it seems to be a bit undersized.
