I have ordered 3 of these Flip Flop pairs form the same company, in the same style and color. all were awesome. They are comfortable, good looking and strong. I have just received a forth pair of the same style but 1 of the flip flops were defective. I contacted Amazon and a return was set up in minutes. The service reps are friendly and very helpful. One suggestion, a hard copy label should always be available in case the QR code does not work or unavailable on your phone. Good job Amazon...
