Ok, just doesn't keep as hot as I had hoped.

Keeps hot beverages hot, cold beverages cold, and doesn't leak.

Although I was hoping to enjoy drinking from this mug, I will return it because the drinking hole lands very close to the handle and its very difficult to drink from it. Now that I read the reviews, I see that this has been a problem from many buyers- I cant believe they are still distributing these mugs with the same problematic issue..!

I do like the cup, that is does keep drinks cold for hours and does fit in my cup holder in my car. That said, being left handed, it would be nice if you could put the lid on, that it be able to pour out on either side of the cup. Other cups I had in the past did have that option.

I bought this for my wife and my mother-in-law makes indian tea (chai) in the morning with ginger in the morning for my wife and I before we wake-up. She used to store it in another thermos/mug, but because it has ginger, it would taste and smell different after sitting in mug/thermos for more than a few minutes. As a result, we decided to try this out and it made a world of difference! The smell and taste is back to what it should be! I love this mug as it has 24oz so it perfect for my wife and I. The only reason for the 4 stars is that whenever we travel with it, the hole to sip from is always facing the handle. I prefer for it to moved by 45 degrees, so I can sip it like a mug and I couldn't figure out a way for the hole to move away from the handle.
