Excellent at removing odors. A bottle should last several months. Well worth the money in my opinion.

the product is working good and we have use it for few years

I have used this for years at my learning center of 100 children in attendance daily, I found it from cleaning rep in my area. Once I saw it on Amazon I ordered right away and it was just like the kind that I got from the dealer in my area. However the second time I ordered it from Amazon just recently it is nothing but colored water, absolutely not scent at all. I’m so disappointed…

...but I never breathe it in. It truly does kill odors, not just mask them. I once sprayed it into my kitchen garbage can that was stinking to high heaven and yet I couldn't empty it for another day for a number of reasons. The garbage can is inside a cabinet. As soon as I sprayed it into the garbage can, I shut the door to the cabinet. 5 minutes later the odor was gone, gone, gone, and remained gone through the time the next day when I was able to empty it and throw the bag in the dumpster. It also works great for killing cigarette smoke odors. I've had to do that a few times in a hallway where people smoked. Once the people were gone, I walked to the end of the hallway, sprayed it out ahead of me, kept backing up, spraying some more, repeat, repeat, until I reached my apartment door and went inside, never inhaling the spray. Half an hour later when I went into the hallway, it was smoke free and remained so. Definitely an odor killer, not an odor masker.

This item is a very strong chemical. When I opened the box, the two quarts of odor neutralizer were in a ziplock bag that was not closed. There were 2 quarts of liquid chemical with nothing to contain leaks. It was fortunate that the quart plastic bottles had a good seal on them under the cap, or this could have resulted in a chemical leak that ruined the shipping box and other items being shipped in the same truck.
