I couldn't get the phone to scan the qr code but did eventually and got it to work its fantastic and so clear .

Bit fiddly to connect to network for the first time probably should have fully charged before attempting. Got immediate and clear view of ear and wax ! Probably recommend that you only use this as a visual aid and get a professional to actually remove wax other than that brilliant product

Good little gadget but battery doesn’t last very long and it can get quite warm

Seems good enough my the camera is backwards it's hard to maneuver !! Any 1 know how to change the camera???

Easy to use Very clear photos

Product comes with a variety of different attachments and shapes of "scoop". Connects very easily to iPhone through its own WiFi network and the picture quality is easily clear enough. The battery life is not great, you get about three uses before it needs charged. However, it does charge quickly. Could be improved by stronger attachments. If you are too forceful with either the ear scoops or the pore attachment then they can come off quite easily. No damage is done as they just screw back on, but it is a bit of a design flaw. Overall, does the job very well.

I found synching this up with the app on my phone very easy to do. Also, the picture quality displayed on my phone is very good in indeed. It shows everything going on inside my ear drum in great detail. Almost too good a detail for my liking!Even with all the tools supplied, I do still find it difficult to really get to the wax deepest inside without having quite a few goes and using most of them. Which isn't ideal as you want to be doing as little poking around in a delicate area like that as possible.The battery life is good though and overall I am pleased.

Once charged up, connect this to your phone via the app and then carefully try and extract wax from your ears. It’s best to soften the wax first with a product designed for that. It makes it easier to remove and less dangerous as it comes away easier. I think it’s risky thing to use but taking care I was able to extract wax and then I could actually see my eardrum. Amazing really.! Good little product.
