Once you use a pair and the sticky side is exposed, how do you store those pasties so that they don’t stick to each other or to anything else?

Each nipple cover has a small sheet of plastic that covers the sticky side when you first open it. I just kept those and put them back on once I had finished using the nipple cover and had cleaned them. Worst case scenario if you lost the little sheets of plastic you could always just put them in a ziplock baggie.

Not indicated on Amazon or in pamphlet enclosed with product.

One of the petals has an extremely off center but the item is no longer available. What can be done to about it?.

I think you mean that the center part on the inside is off center. Not sure by how much, but I would simply put the center over the nipple. None of this is visible from the outside and the whole cover will be smooth against the skin, so should do the job. :-)
