I had itching in the ear. Initially when I searched on amazon, when I saw a product such as this I could't believe it at first as to how effective it is. Because, I thought medical grade ear cleaning is done only by doctors. Nevertheless I decided to try this product as my Q tips supply ranout. This wax cleaner does the ear cleaning very neatly. Very easy to use. I do 4 repetitions on each ear whenever I clean. No side effects at all. I feel my ears are really taken care of after the use

Overall, it works as expected. Not nearly as powerful as what the doctor's office uses, but I wouldn't want that for regular cleaning. It has 4 different spray methods, which I've found useful. It has an ear cup to catch the water but I can't imagine it does a good job and this is the type of thing you just use in the tub/shower. It is nice this has an integrated battery (and uses USB-C) but is the kind of device that a set of AA would be fine and probably a cheaper way to build it (and lower the price further). Multiple ear pieces but I will likely never use them. I do get ear wax flushing out so it seems to be doing the job. EDIT: This thing is great! I had not used it in a while, and my ears were starting to clog up. Then I went on vacation and wakesurfed for 4 days, hitting the water hard a few times and forcing ear wax far enough up my ear that my hearing was the same as having ear plugs in...yes, it was that bad. A combination of ear wax remover to soften the wax and several rounds with this using very warm water and I was able to clear out both ears. What came out was nasty and a lot of it. It is amazing how much better I hear now and I avoided a doctor's visit in the process, which more than paid for this.

I really like this ear cleaner! I use it in combination with standard ear cleaning drops, and this device is much, much better at clearing out your ears than the manual squeeze bulbs. My ears feel nice and clean after use! The water reservoir has sufficient volume to rinse one ear, the battery life seems good, and I like the adjustability in the pressure settings. The portability and arm rotation make it very easy to use.

I've never gotten anything out of my ears using this product. It functions as described. I'm not sure if it doesn't work well, or my ears are just clean.

It is easy to use and works great. It looks high quality, and the water pressure is stable. I think the battery can possibly last over a month and is designed for easy cleaning after use. It comes with a box and is convenient to store.

My husband says this is one of his must have items. He has issues with his ears getting clogged, and this fixes that right up for him. Our old one broke due to being dropped, and he had this thing purchased next day.

I’ve tried this for two weeks now and don’t feel much of a difference at all. It is an aggressive little machine but even while using debroxy it doesn’t seem to do much for me at all. It’s very loud, it sounds angry at you and it’s very unpleasant to use. the battery life has been good so far though. It’s a dumb size though. The reservoir needs to be bigger or else you’re replacing all the water two times and ear and still not getting results. I would have returned this if I didn’t feel like such an idiot for buying it in the first place.
