Purchased to use as a lanyard for my trolling motor remote. Its super light and seems strong. Very very thin but I don't see any issues unless something sharp comes in contact directly. Should work as planned.Update...it works flawlessly.

It holds a small wallet that I clipped that holds my lip balm, teacher ID and a couple of keys. Love the water waves design. Also great for unclipping the ID portion of the lanyard without removing the entire lanyard. Clip is good and easy to hang you ID. Next lock is secured and won't open.
