I take a UK size 9, bought 9-9.5 and they fit snuggly in my shoes without needing to be cut down. Got them to help with collapsing arch and they took a little getting used to (uncomfortable to start with, but that’s not down to the product). After a short while adjusted to them and found them very supportive. Well made and look like they’ll last a while, so will definitely buy another pair. Recommended.

Bought these before defiantly help give relief to your feet.I have a bunion which I find can give me pain but with the insoles in my shoes they do give pain relief.Durability is very good.

Having a flat feet, I'm always on the look out for good arch support insoles and this one is just perfect.The arch isn't too deep to hurt if you wear for longer hours and is very comfortable. It also has a small acupuncture bump in the middle to keep your feet relaxed and comfortable.It is easy to trim if needed to trim. Instructions are given for the same.Overall a good buy and very comfortable.

I walk for between 30 minutes and 60 minutes per day. The arch of my right foot had been sore for a year, so I bought three different brands of insoles and put them in my slippers, trainers, and boots. After three months my foot pain has totally gone. These were the most uncomfortable of the three insoles because I could feel the re-enforced pad, but they worked better in my trainers & boots than my slippers.

Lovely insoles. They are of a good quality, soft but supportive. The only downside is that if you have a bit wider feet like I do (I still wear normal/standard size shoes) these might not fit in all of your shoes. I have mine in trainers and they are fine, but cannot fit them to all of my shoes. I will be definitely bringing these with me next time when buying new shoes to try them with these in in case I need a size bigger.

The insole is comfortable although shorter than other insoles of the same size specification.

Sizing is wrong. Order 10-10.5. Insert in my size 10 boots and there is space on the front. They are hard, not only the arch support is hard but the whole sole is hard. The arch is placed too far to the rear and is hitting the front end of the heel, but leaving the arch with little support. They are OK priced, but look quite cheap. Witharch supporting soles it's always hard to find the right ones for yourself but will not recommend this ones for anyone.
