A decent tool
A quality item. Well made and in a sturdy box. Will not let you down by slipping during use as the desired width is locked. Comes with spare parts too. You can easily transform it into a set of dividers by removing the lead and substituting a panel pin with its head snipped off.

Good, solid compass
This is a good instrument for drawing circles. The thumbwheel ensures that the point and lead maintain their correct setting. The only limitation is that being a thumbwheel compass, the size of circle drawn is a little limited.

Very Good for Students.
This is a great compass for the price, much better than the silver ones that my school sells for 50p.I have had 3 so far, simply due to how much I use them at school.

Can only make circles of 8cm. Trading in my 3rd replacement for a refund.
I have given up on this pile of rubbish. The compass can only make circles of up to 8cm in diameter. Pointless for anyone taking GSCE, O level, degree etc.The wheel has broken 3 times thanks to the cheap and easy wearing plastic around the sizing mechanism.I will not be buying another one!

Only draws circles with radius 5.5cm, good product though
Great in terms of accuracy. However, you can only draw circles with a radius of up to 5.5cm but this wasn't too much of a problem for me personally, your requirements may vary.

Perfect for what I want
Believe it or not I bought this to draw circles on fabric so I could hand quilt small things and it’s perfect.

Okay but only suitable for small circles
I had to also purchase a larger compass since this one only draws smaller radius circles. Otherwise seems reasonably built.

Ho chiesto più volte agli altri utenti se tale compasso facesse cerchi piccoli e non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta… Per fortuna ho rischiato e confermo che fa circonferenze di 7 mm circa di raggio.Il prodotto è buono e la punta metallica ben si àncora sul foglio, permettendo di tracciare cerchi senza che il compasso scivoli. Essendo in buona parte di plastica la qualità non è eccellente, ma per iniziare a fare disegni di precisione è ottimo. Prodotto promosso.
