I had a set with silicone tips, but they were burnt and I had to replace them. This set is stainless steel, so ai am sure they will last for many years to come.

well made and sturdy tongs, the metal hang clip also keeps them closed very tightly when not in use so they are easy to store in a drawer and do not take up much room.

Just what I needed tongs. Works great

My boyfriend asked me to buy tongs not because we don't have tongs, but because "he couldn't find them." Do I think he actually looked for them? No. Was it worth it to buy three more sets of tongs so he will always find tongs if he opens any drawer in the kitchen? Yes! These were advertised as three different sizes of tongs and arrived as three different sizes of tongs. If you are in the market for tong options, these are the tongs for you!

At first I thought, “Why would anyone need this many?” But now I understand. Each pair serves a very specific and extremely serious culinary purpose. The tiny ones are perfect for delicate operations like flipping a single piece of bacon or pretending I’m a professional chef plating something fancy. The medium ones are the everyday workhorses. Burgers, chicken, salad tossing, reaching the last mozzarella stick before my kids get it. The long ones are for grilling… or for when the food is doing that aggressive sizzling thing that makes you question your life choices. The ridiculously long ones are basically safety equipment. These are for when grease starts popping like fireworks and you’d prefer to keep your fingerprints. The best part is the satisfying click-click test you have to do every time you pick them up. It’s the law. If you don’t click them twice, the food knows you’re not serious. Since buying these, I feel like a tong sommelier. “Ah yes, tonight’s steak really calls for the 12-inch model.” Would absolutely buy again and will when the need arises. My only complaint is that now when someone hands me regular tongs I feel inefficiently equipped like I left the house without wearing any underwear.

Really happy with this purchase. The tongs are well made and will be put to good. All of the sizes are perfect.
