I have had to, due to a bad back, resort to a backpack carrier for getting my cat to the vets on the bus. This unfortunately was not ideal for me as i have mainly lower back problems. The base at the bottom of the inside of this bag dug into my back causing pain, tried cushioning it but nothing i tried to use was thick enough and also then just limited the space my cat had inaide the bag. The bag also does not sit straight or comfortably on your back no much how fiddling with the straps you do. When the base is removed the backpack is then useless as my rather fat, pregnant cat makes the bag fold in on itself. (She's still within the weight guide of this bag). Have tried to make it more supportive with cardboard and plenty of thick blankets but hasn't made a difference as the bag does not sit straight or comfortably at all when worn. The bit of padding at the bottom of the bag to protect your back is in completely the wrong place to stop the board digging in and is far to chunky to provide any relief from the board when it's in place. All in all very disappointed

I ordered this thinking it would be great to take my new puppy out in the city. I was wrong. I went to use it for the first time today, hadn't even put her inside!!!! Just unzipping the thing, the zipper ripped from the bag leaving this completely useless and a waste of money that I really couldn't afford to just throw away. I am really upset about this. The quality of this bag is incredibly poor. Never have I ever seen something that just ripped so easily upon opening. I highly doubt that this would contain a squirmy puppy. I bought the Large, which says it can hold up to 22 pounds of dog - this is not correct. Just looking at it, my 11 pound puppy would not have been able to comfortably fit in it if I had been able to actually get her inside. I can't believe I just threw away money on this product. I told my friends about it when I first got it, but will be telling them not to purchase!!

Third time lucky...This carrier is actually big enough for my 9 kg Border Terrier, whereas the previous two I bought were not. It could do with a bit more rigidity to keep the floor level, and I may try to improvise something, but my dog seems to like it and sits very comfortably even when the floor slopes down. The waist strap is too short to fasten over a thick coat...or rather it did fasten but the strap then pulled out of the buckle. It's fine, I can use it without..

This suited us Brilliantly during a trip to Cornwall. Pug had knee surgery 8 weeks ago and is on limited walks but we didn't want to leave him at home.Once he got the hang of it super easy to put him in, however it was much easier with 2 people. he was able to enjoy being outside without the strain on his knees.Only 4 stars because the base dug into my back and was hard on my spine. Went to pound shop, got cushion problem solved! Will sew some padding on that firm bit then will be perfect!

The item was dispatched from China, posted on the day following the order and received within 10 calendar days in the UK. I was given a tracking number that worked (updates were not instant but reflected reality). Item was like described, from shape, siz, to material and colour (green one). it seems to be quite good quality but haven't had the chance to use it with my cats yet. It looks like this is what I was looking for and it will do the job!

I have a chubby British Shorthair girl, she's an indoor cat but become increasingly interested in the outside world. So I've tried various ways to take her outside for a walk. Tried the cat leash, a miserable failure, she hates it and won't walk once the leash is on. Tried to hold her in my arms but she got so nervous. A little amazon search I found this bag. It arrived prompted after 2 working days, and the bag itself is very spacious and sturdy, I immediately put my cat inside and she got used to in no time. Tried a little walk with her in the bag, she's calm and happy the entire time, here I found the perfect solution to take the her out. The only down side of this bag is the weight, but then again, I could treat it as a weighted bag for my leg workout.

The quality of this bag is great. I ordered the large bag, however I had to return it as it simply wasn’t big enough for my 7.8kg Maine Coon Cat. Great customer service though and no problem returning. Would recommend if you have a small cat or toy dog. But nowhere near big enough for my big boys unfortunately.

One star given because the idea is good, it's what I need to carry my small dog.Unfortunately the first time I used it the strap broke and I ended up having to carry my Ill dog along with the broken bag for a couple of kilometres in the sun. So disappointed but, having had to organise delivery to here ( Malta) myself, returning the bag will cost me both financially and time. Very disappointingOn a practical level I would also have preferred more secure pockets for keys/ phone. And I would've liked more straps internally to attach the dog to while carrying.Overall, not great.
