I lightly brush and rinse then I pull in my cleaner to remove bacteria. I do once in the morning,1 once b4 bed. Easy to use and does work well.

This cleaner worked fine for two months and now it will not work. Contacted seller for replacement and heard nothing. Seller never responded to issues so forget this product and seller

UVC light went out within 2 months of purchase

Had this less than a month and it stopped working. Edit: the customer service is wonderful. It’s the product we need to be great though, right? They refunded me fully and then also sent me a new one. The new one has worked great so far so I’ve updated my review. It would be nice if the product had worked the first time but I will say they go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy.
