Pay attention to the serving size
Works great if you pay attention to the serving size! First time I tried the supplement, I assumed 1 pill was the serving size and it didn't help at all. After realizing my mistake, I tried again and I could eat way more fruit!

A must have for fructose intolerance
Very helpful for a wheat intolerance caused by fructose, the sugar in wheat, and not gluten, the protein in wheat. I take 4 every time I eat 1 bread slice equivalent of wheat. Problem solved

Expensive but work Pretty Well
I do think they are overpriced considering you need to take 2 at a time for them to be effective. My daughter only uses when she eats out because you never know what is hiding in there that might be problematic for her. They seem to work well but I wish there was some competition to help with pricing.

It worked for me.
I was pleasantly surprised that this worked immediately. I've been avoiding fruits except the "low sugar" blueberries for years, but recently even the blueberries started giving me troubles. With Fructaid I had no troubles with blueberries or bananas so next on my shopping lies will be apples.
