Everyone needs to be able to focus on the good things in life. This journal helps our daughter have good thoughts before shutting her eyes. Love it!

I love this journal and based on daily entries it will last about 6 months. With the new year approaching, it’s time for a new one. I also enjoyed many of the quotes. I have been doing journaling for a year and a half, and so grateful 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Same entry format each day... doesn't ask questions. Does have different quotes. It's what I was looking for.
