Works well to fill gaps.
Very easy to install. Don't like that the two pieces tend to slide when cleaning. Because the rear piece sits on top of the front, there is a small gap between the rear piece and the counter surface.

No more crumbs beside the stove
Most kitchen stoves today have a small space between the stove itself and the countertop. Previous stoves came with a 'rim' to cover this space...the current versions do not. These stainless steel gap covers do a fine job of filling in that annoying gap. You might have to do a bit of trimming to allow the gap cover to slide all the way to the back of the stove - but that is not much of a problem. Great item!
