Is the lining ceramic or aluminum? The photo looks like aluminum with a black coating.

It is aluminum with a ceramic coating. I couldn’t find one with an entirely ceramic bowl so this was the next best thing as the aluminum is sealed completely by the ceramic coating.

How long does it take to cook the rice?

It took 20-25 minutes to cook, just like the instructions says.

Is the inner lid removable for easy washing?

Yes the inner lid is removable.

Does this make 4 cups of cooked or uncooked rice?

The measuring cup is 2/3 cup, you can add 2 of them equaling 1 1/3 cups uncooked rice which should yield 4 cups cooked approximately. I wish it held more rice though because it is smaller than I expected although the counter space is nice.
