Picked it up 1 day ago and immediately used it and again today and the flaky ashy scaly skin on my legs is gone .. like gone, legs are smooth and its only the start .. can’t wait to see what my legs are like after a few weeks of using this cream. Slight smell but goes away after drying, no irritation so far

At the tail end of a three-year long adult eczema flare up, this is what's finally allowed my skin to receive moisture deep enough to properly heal. I first tried lactic acid on my face for other reasons, but when I noticed improvements to my skin texture I came across this cream for my body, specifically my back where my eczema has been worst. The doctor told me to keep slathering emollient creams onto it, but none of them penetrated the surface enough to make any difference and just made my skin barrier very greasy. This one has changed that in weeks and allows moisture to get right into the skin instead of sitting on the top.

I’ve been using this Body Cream for some time now, and it’s made a huge difference on my keratosis pilaris skin. The lactic acid gently exfoliates while the ceramides keep my skin hydrated all day. I love that it absorbs well and isn’t greasy. Although the dark patches are still present, my skin felt noticeably smoother, especially on rough areas like arms and elbows after using this for few weeks. I believe with time the dark spots will also fade since 15% lactic acid present can gently exfoliates the skin.

Fantastic product it absorbs straight into the skin, have now bought another one for my mom who suffers terribly from dry skin.. she absolutely loves it, so that's saying something. Highly recommend for those who have skin that won't absorb.

Lovely texture cream and not greasy at all. Leaves my skin super soft and smooth. Fragrance free so perfect for my reactive skin.

Maravilla de crema! La compre para mejorar mi queratosis. No le tenía mucha fe porque utilice por AÑOS la de Cera Ve y jamás vi resultados. Con esta crema vi muchísimo avance, tengo la piel más lisa y suave. Vi resultados claros hasta el segundo frasco (sí, es un proceso LENTO) pero no me importa, mientras haya mejora. Ya voy por mi tercer bote y no creo cambiarla. Soy de tez morena, piel sensible pero grasa. La crema se siente mucho más ligera que la de CERAVE y a mí me dura como 1 mes aplicando una vez al día a diario.

Por fin después de muchos años de búsqueda sin éxito he encontrado esta crema que suaviza mi piel como ninguna crema que he usado antes. Mis piernas y brazos tenían el aspecto de una lagartija y ahora se ven y más que todo se sienten hidratados y suaves. La crema huele desagradable, eso si. Es un olor a Maggi pero en cuanto la piel va absorbiéndola, el olor se va. Mi marido no la aguanta por su olor. Yo opino que el efecto positivo me compensa el olor desagradable. Voy a pedir mi segundo frasco. El primer frasco me ha aguantado 6 semanas con uso diario en todo el cuerpo.
