I used these moxa sticks 1-2 times a day in conjunction with spinning babies and better posture, and my baby flipped back to head down. I dont know if these did anything, but they were inexpensive yet high quality

I got these to try holistically to flip my breeched baby. The first couple times using, my baby was definitely moving around out of the normal. I put them outside of my pinky toes. They are very very smelly. Highly recommend doing them outdoors.

Only use these if you want your whole house to smell like smoke! We tried these moxa rolls to work on some acupuncture points. The quality of the rolls were very poor and flaked off so easily, making a huge mess. They are also so smoky that our entire house smelled of smoke for several hours after using.

Do it yourself to reduce bruise pain associated with pain relieving topical

Wither they work or not for pulling dampness out I don't know. They stunk of my bathroom so bad I won't be able to trial until warmer weather allows outside use. It took a good 2 weeks to neutralize the odor.

Easy to use, creates pleasant warming feeling.
