Fit perfectly for the motor I purchased. It helped to slow down the speed and increase the torque of my consew machine. Machine is used for lighter weight leather sewing, canvas, and cordura nylon. Went on easy. Good value for the price.

Works for a Juki DDL 8700. You may need to create a spacer for the motor bracket depending on your belt length, I used 3/4" mdf for a quick solution. Slows down the machine considerably and makes it even more useable. Worth it. Easy to install just remove the 75mm pulley by loosening the shaft nut, make sure to reuse the small piece of free floating metal in the factory pulley. This slides into the slot on the new pulley and on the shaft to lock it in place. Add the nut back on, adjust the height of the motor, good to go.

Reduced speed nicely, but beware it has no set screw. My old pulley used a screw instead of a key. I had to drill and tap for a set screw which is a minor inconvenience if you are able to do such things. Had I to do it over, I would look for a pulley with screw. Changed belt from 40 to a 36. Unknown brand of servo motor. Incidentally I used an automotive v belt which is a little too wide but works fine. Not that much tension required.

Perfect fit easy install

This pulley has a keyed slot to fix the pulley to the motor shaft, not a set screw. I replaced my Rex servo motor pulley in less than five minutes after some prep work. The pulley is cast aluminum and mine had both casting flash and sharp edges. A small metal file removes those without problem. Check the key slot openings and smooth them if needed. Next, use an impact driver to loosen the pulley nut on the motor shaft (mine was 19mm). If you don't have an impact driver, hold the motor pulley with a thin open-end wrench on the pulley wrench flats. The flats should be on the motor-facing side of the pulley. Remove the motor pulley and do not lose the metal key for the slot. Test the key in the pulley slot before installation. Use a metal file to adjust the slot if needed. Install the 45mm pulley on the motor shaft. Align the slots and insert the key to lock the pulley and shaft together. Replace the pulley nut and washers and tighten. The pulley is a good value for the price, installs easily, and works.

I have a consew 206RB-5 and even though it came with a servo motor when I bought it, it was too fast. I ordered this Pulley and the smaller belt along with it and now I can finally sew at a slower more manageable pace!!

Fit like a Gloves , I read the review first before I ordered and I read a lot of old reviews they said they need to shave or not fit however that’s old review then I still ordered Even if , coz still same details I need then what I recieve is what I need maybe they fix the problem before that why what I recieve now is fit like a gloves I’m very satisfied

If you own an industrial sewing machine with a servo motor you know how fast it will sew but you also know just how hard it is to get it to stitch slowly when needed, The problem lies in the size of the sheave on the motor in relation to the sewing machine. This sheave is slightly more than half the size of the 75mm that comes with most servo motors. As a result it allows the motor to turn faster but due to the ratio the machine is slower. Now I can start and keep the speed very slow without any effort at all so intricate sections are a breeze in comparison to what I was encountering before. It's a little pricey for what it is but when compared to other options like double sheaves mounted on jackshafts it is very inexpensive. Installation is very straightforward and can be accomplished with a few household tools (in my case a crescent wrench and a pair of channel locks) but because of the difference in diameter you have to remove the motor and drop it down with a spacer to get the belt tight. I used flat washers as spacers but a piece of 3/4" plywood would work just as well. Another thing that I did was fabricate an extended actuator arm for my motor that doubles the travel distance from full stop to full on from a piece of aluminium angle iron that I got from Home Depot. Between the two modifications I have a machine which is complacent when I need it to be but will still run thousands of stitches per minute if need be.

Instantly slows down your machine to a manageable speed. I think it took me about 5 minutes to install. The only thing to be aware of, which obviously should go without saying, is that you will have to either get yourself a shorter belt or add a shim to your motor mount. I went the shorter belt route. I got one 2" shorter than my previous one and it's a perfect fit.

It's obviously not a universal fit, since it didn't fit my reliable sewquiet 600sm the diameter of the hole that goes on the motor is about 15mm on this thing and on my motor it's 12mm
