I think this a quality product but it does taste pretty bad , I put it in a chocolate shake and it just made my shake taste gross. It also kept me up all night. Definitely take this early in the day. I think it’s good for what it is , just my personal taste , I will find a way to make it work for me.

So fat so good and I love the fact that there's 3 product in one..
