FHIPlatform 1" Ceramic and Tourmaline Hair Straightener Gift Pack with Carry Case / Mat

The straighteners are brilliant but these stopped reaching the full heat so useless really. What made it worse was we had to pay £20 to return them and also give Hair Heaven a £4 postal order hang on they are defective after 3 months use, not my fault.

Really happy with the product! Previously had them before my partner broke them 😡they’d last me 8years and would have lasted longer, so pleased with my new ones.

My partner has had this brand before and so when they finally started to show signs of age after 10 years of use it was time to get a new set.To begin with they were perfect. Quick to heat up and easy to use.After just under a year 1 of the plates does not heat. I don't know if it's the element, temperature sensor or a dodgy solder joint but almost useless now. For the price you would expect them to last at least a couple of years. Another example of a company putting profit before the quality of their brand/product.

One plate doesn’t heat defective

It worse perfect for few month, then one plate starts not reaching the temperature.When I returned to Hair haven for replacement, they said that they thoroughly checked the straightenerand it is in working condition.But when I received them back, and turned on, I can hold my hand on the plate, so obviously not working.Very unhappy, as I bought 2 straighteners from them and withing guarantee, I can't replace them.
