This watch looks nice, so I was initially really happy. Then I noticed that the watch hands just swung loosely, as if it was not property affixed. Then I started to set the time and found that the watch did not work. I figured that they did not install the battery, as there was one outside the watch. I do not have instruments to open the watch to check the battery and install one. There were no instructions, no instruments, nothing. Very poor.

Positive points:*came with a replacement battery.*It is accurate, for daily activities.*It is useful that the hands glow in the dark, although it is a bit dim.Negative points:*the strap is made of poor quality materials. However, one year after my purchase it is still functional although it shows signs of premature deterioration.*When you stand still the motor of the watch is very noisy. Sometimes this can be very stressful.

Two problems I've observed about this watch:First the heading and description of the listing says that it is waterproof. The face of the watch is marked 'water resistant 3ATM'. "Waterproof", or even "Water resistance to 3 ATM" (100')? I doubt it for such a cheaply made and cheaply priced watch. Maybe it will hold up washing your hands or reaching into a live well, but I won't trust if for anything more.Secondly, the description says "buckle closure, fits any wrist size". My wrist isn't very large, but I can barely get the buckle closed on the last notch.So far it has served it's purpose for me - everyday wear, not having to worry about scratching or worse while fishing or mowing the lawn. And it has been keeping time accurately, so far.

Watch arrived non-functioning with large dent on the back of it and the dial missing to set the date and time.

Not even water resistant let alone water proof.

I love the luminous face, however, the hands should be black or another contrasting color. In bright light, the hands blend in with the face and are hard to see. Mine keeps accurate time. I did some light power washing while wearing the watch. Mind you, I wasn't pressure washing myself. What little spray that found its way onto my arm, also found its way into the watch. The watch fogged from the inside. I opened the watch up and allowed the moisture to dry out. I won't be bringing this watch anywhere near water in the future. The strap is also sized for a large child or small adult... plan on replacing it.
