Will grow if you cold sock the seed
Mine is now growing into a Bonsai. It is really important you get these in the Fridge or freezer first. I wet mine, put it in compost in a bag. Put in freezer for short amount of time and then in the Fridge for a week. Only then did I bring it out and put in a pot. It still took quite a while to grow but now doing so well.

Seeds were fine,, just grow them properly
Seeds arrived in good condition and i was given 6 but 2 were expired. I scarifyed my seeds but they still grew mold because I chose the wrong method but I will try again and try to get better results. When you get them, you should soak them in hydrogen peroxide for 15 minutes to stop them from growing mold like mines did and then pit in a ziploc bag with a moist paper towel for 6-8 weeks and then plant. This should scarify them and get them ready to sprout when you plant as it accustoms them to the weather and is how they are grown in Japan

As advertised.
I got what I ordered. There were more seeds than I was expecting. I have yet to plant them but I have every confidence they will grow into beautiful trees one day. I am going to try and grow some plants and see how many I can grow.

5 little seeds
Arrived in padded envelope. Seeds themselves in the little white sealed packs one gets in seed sets. Disappointed, no inclusion of instructions. Advertised as 'fresh' but who knows - are dated to be used by 2030
