I have a Christmas Spode china set and used to store all the pieces in original boxes. Then I had a basement flood and lost all the boxes. I purchased this set to help me store my pieces. I have 16 dinner plates and 16 dessert plates and I easily stored them along with many other serving pieces. I used the mug storage for dinner plates and all 16 dessert plates fit in one piece. I was extremely happy how many pieces were included and the versatility of what I could store.Positives - Versatility, pretty pattern, soft but sturdy storage, many pieces for the priceNegatives - It would probably be nice if the material was a little thicker and sturdier but for the price, I feel this set was excellent!

I was able to purchase these less expensive from the amazon warehouse. I purchased this set and a set of the white cheaper vinyl quilted ones. No comparison on thickness and quality. This set is top quality. I packed my expensive china in this set to place in totes for a move. I feel confidant the china is well protected. [used the other set for my inexpensive christmas china], however I feel it is protected as well. Neither will move around in the totes as china fit secure in the bags. I love this set as the extra bags were nice, one was for platters, yet I used it to hold 3 serving bowls. The foam inserts are a thicker quality but i did purchase Mrs. Fizz 12 x 12 foam in between for the larger plates and items. To store nice china long term and anticipate zipping and unzipping over many years I would purchase this again. However for using them to pack for a move, Id buy the cheaper ones if I did not get the discount price from amazon warehouse. Also, neither are carrying cases for china, just good to pack, store and be dust free and protected. This set is very much a luxury set. I do love it.

I recommend this product for two main reasons. First, the pattern is lovely--it is a very attractive piece of storage. Additionally the cases themselves are durable and well made. Zippers all work nicely. It is great that there is a clear window to see into the larger storage cases, so you know what is inside. Overall, the cases themselves are both beautiful and functional.The second reason I would recommend this product is variety. You really do get a large number of different cases for your China set. I searched all over for sets that would be able to store my entire set. I have a very old set from my great-great-grandma and it contains a lot of different pieces. I couldn't find a set that offered as many cases as this one, and for such a reasonable price. I did end up buying two of these sets in order to store all of my China pieces. Two sets allows me to store: tea cups, saucers, dessert plates, salad plates, dinner plates, soup bowls, small bowls, gravy boat & dish, 1 small oval platter, 1 medium oval platter, 1 large oval platter, one serving bowl with lid, one circular serving bowl, one oval serving bowl, a sugar bowl, and a cream boat. All for a service for twelve. Plus I also had some cases leftover that will fit other nice serving ware.The only negatives I can think of, and the reason I gave it four stars, are the sizes...they seem to be a little large, and I actually put some bubble wrap around the outside of the ones that stack plates and bowls, just as extra protection. The second negative are the plate and bowls dividers that come with them--they suck. They are thin, cheap foam. I had to buy separate felt dividers as protection between plates and bowls.Overall, a very nice product and one I would recommend for those interested.

These are not the very best a person can buy, but they are much nicer than I expected - a great value. I'm using these for dishes that literally only get used 1x/year and it's a set of 12 (these organizers are intended for place setting of 8, as far as I can tell, aside from the cup holder) but there are so many pieces included in this organizer set that it was able to contain them all very well. The fabric is soft, the zippers sturdy, and the pattern is pleasant. What more could you want?

First, I love the fabric and number of pieces received. I was disappointed that there is no support, or sturdiness within. Teacup storage is more sturdy given dividers...but they are very flimsy. I am cutting corrugated cardboard to insert on bottoms and sides to add support.

This set is generously sized to handle large plates--either round or square. I used it for a 12-piece set of vintage china and everything fit well. I was surprised at the number of serving piece storage bags--and the size. The platter with my china is overly large and measures slightly more than 16" in length. The storage bag easily accommodates the platter. The smaller chop platter bag is also more than large enough for that piece. Many people have expressed reservations about the cup holder. However, I found that--again--the cup storage box is large enough to accommodate my cups. I do have some advice on using the cup holder: take clear packing tape and use it to attach the four exterior corners of the cardboard surround for the grid pieces together to make a more stable rectangle. (It's not necessary but if you're going to the trouble of storing your nice china, why not take that extra little step?) My cups measure 5-3/4" in diameter (with the handle extending another 3/4"). This is slightly smaller than a Wedgwood peony-shaped cup, but as you can see from the attached photo, even larger cups can be accommodated. (Just be sure to tilt the cup handles toward the interior of the box.) The only flaw with this set is that there are not nearly enough separator pads. Those you can either buy separately or make from pelon. Even with this shortcoming, I give this product 5 stars and I certainly would recommend this set. I intend to buy several as gifts for family and friends.

This set is awesome! I have purchased other brands in the past and this set far exceeds them all. This 8 piece set not only protects my China, it stacks nicely in the China cabinet and I have more room! The bag this set comes in is also usable! I am storing the cloth napkins in it! Will definitely purchase another set!
