Just love this item. I'm getting great froth. Which is a good surprise. Coffee is deep and rich in flavor. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase.

along with this machine there was suppose to be Nespresso Vetro Sample Pack of 12 capsules which was not included when I opened the box. Why offer this when clearly they are not included in package??????

I did not like the fact that the sample pods were missing. When I contacted Amazon they sent me another machine which was also missing the pods. So I contacted Nespresso and they agreed to replace the missing pods.

Gave this as a Christmas gift and was extremely disappointed that we were missing the pods. Specifically didn't buy them because it said it came with 12.

I love my Nespresso machine so much that I will never go back to my Keurig. The coffee is rich and creamy and the espresso is great.

The machine was Nespresso venturo next. The problem was I was sent one with alot of problems. it leaked and had brewing inconsistancies. The box it came in was old and looked as if it was wet at one time and dryed and the instructions looked the same. That was a major red flag and I should have sent it back for a refund. But I was willing to overlook the packaging as long as it worked as it should. It was fine for a couple of weeks before the problems began. I worked with Nespresso and they verified it was a 2020 model and was a little shocked someone would send me one that old. They replaced it with a brand new model and the customer service was excellant. I will never order anything from this company ever again

Ordered one of these as a Covid splurge, 18 months later it decides it’s done after a descale cycle (only using espresso descaler), after 30-45 minutes of troubleshooting the same things I did, Neapresso sent out a refurbished exchange, within 14 months were back where we started but all they will do is a discount or a paid repair (2 weeks without the nespresso either) for the exact same problem! Between this and the constant misses on their auto replenish I am done with Nespresso!

Je l’utilise chaque matin depuis 1 mois , non bruyante , le café est chaud et très savoureux . J’aime qu’elle donne le format carafe en plus de 4 autre formats , ce qui est avantageux quand on a des invités.

this machine makes better coffee than a Keurig for sure.The problem is that the coffee it makes isn't that hot unless you preheat your cups. This requires filling them with hot water first the making the coffee in them. Also requires constant descaling and cleaning if sharp mechanism that puncture the pods.Unfortunately 14 day return policy has past so I'm stuck babying this machine and all for cold coffee.

j'avais fais un commentaire positif sur cet machine, au début malheureusement elle ne chauffe pas le café a une temperature suffisante et de plus elle est devenu plus bruyante malheureusement j'ai pris la decision de retourner. Je suis desapointé je pensais que ce produit aurait satisfait mes attentes.
