Overall, super nice and affordable sofa. If your looking for something cheap or a living on your own for the first time, this sofa really does the job. Its super soft and easy to put together once you figure out how its set up. Pretty big sofa with storage under. I loved the rolling ottoman saved a bunch of space when i needed it. Some corners are a little hard after awhile but its still super soft. Water resistant. Liquids will sit on top for about 45 seconds before absorbing.

comfortable and firm but perfect! a little hard on my back to put together for the bracket line up, but overall very easy! i usually have trouble understanding instructions but this was good. couch is comfortable and easy to sleep on. the sofa pull out is amazing and very easy to use the color is great and fit well in my small living room! you will get 5 big boxes delivered all at different times, i got mine within a few days.

Overview: Beautiful couch, fabric is very soft. Came in 5 boxes. We got everything the same day and no missing pieces or anything. The company did send all tracking numbers since Amazon only lists the one. Installation: Didn’t come with instructions but it’s very easy to put together. 3 of us got it together in about 30 min. I would suggest at least having one person to help line up the brackets. Comfort and Storage: The cushions are extremely firm. The packaging stated it takes 48 hours for them to fluff up but most weren’t vacuum sealed or anything. The storage aspect is very nice. Can keep blankets and snack trays and all sorts in there. Notes: * The only drawback is the pull out part is tricky to get out. Goes back in smooth but getting it out is hard. * Also the only part you can rearrange is the pull out. The chaise will be on the left if you are sitting on the couch and you can’t change that. Something to keep in mind. Overall this couch is beautiful and a great value and size for the price, we got in on sale and we couldn’t be happier. Very few cons. I just wish the cushions were less firm. But I think with time and wear they will get more soft I’m hoping. Would buy again.

This couch is perfect. It is large, but doesn't dominate a room. The fabric is nice and feels good on skin. It is a bit thin, so durability MAY be an issue down the line. There is a hard part between the couch and the pull out that hits my tailbone and the cusions are STIFF. But, that's good anesthetics and the firm seats have grown on us. Bottom line, a great couch for the money.

After 18 months of use, this couch still looks good. We are using the sleeper part often and it’s not a most comfortable bed, but functional. I love how easy you can clean if it’s any dirty spot or spilled food. You can just wipe it with a wet rag and let it dry. No stain, no fading. Very spacious and surprisingly comfortable while sitting. I 100% recommend!

I have mixed feelings about this couch. *disclosure* I don’t like putting couch feet on as “kid crumbs” get under the couch so I usually opt to have the couch sit directly on the ground. That is not an option with this couch as the extra height from the couch feet are needed in order for the pull out to work and function. So don’t do what I initially did and don’t skip the step on putting the couch feet on. It’s not optional for this couch. Likes: Material & Color: as expected. Color was true to what was advertised. The material is soft and exactly what I expected. It was also fairly easy to put together. Customer service. Customer service with this company is amazing. Fed ex had dropped our packages off in the rain even tho there was an overhang 1 foot away that would have kept it dry. Their customer service team was amazing at offering solutions to compensate/replace damaged items. Dislikes: Ease of cleaning. I was silly (my own fault) and didn’t research better the ability to clean this couch before purchase. If you have pets or children it makes it difficult as some of the cushions can not be removed and are fixed to the couch. Only 3 of the 7 cushions are removeable. That means spills crumbs and kid goo are very difficult to keep clean. Firmness. I was honestly expecting it to be a little softer but it is a more firm couch if u like that sort of thing. Blankets and throw pillows definitely help and are needed in my opinion with this couch. Backrest: if you remove the back cushion there is a very large wooden price that sticks out in the mid back section. The design is worrisome because if ever the cushion is removed or if the cushions wear down over time there is potential for injury or severe discomfort.

Very easy to put together, AMAZING quality. The sleeper is very comfortable and there’s a good amount of storage. GREAT purchase
