Great for porcelain!
Used these to cut 20mm porcelain Bradstone tiles. Got through 2 of them on a whole patio but to be honest the tiles were super tough. Cut them upside down on standard 740w flat tile saw. Job done and pleased with the result. As they wear cutting gets harder and chipping more likely but that is true of all tile discs.

Not good on porcelain tiles
The blade seems slightly warped so there's a bit of wobble. This almost certainly contributed to the chipping on every porcelain tile I used it on. Couldn't in all conscience recommend it for making anything other than rudementary cuts. Was actually worse than the basic disk my vitrex tile cutter originally came with.

Vitrex Disk Hi-Glaze
This disk did cut tiles however the cut was still slightly chipped so a little disappointed as this was the reason for going for the hi-glaze disk to cut porcelain tiles.

Better Than Using Ceramic Discs.
Very pleased with this product, this was used to cut kitchen floor tiles resulting in no breakages, at the end of the job the cutting disc was still usable. Far better than ceramic disks & worked out cheaper.

APPALLING
I HOPE THIS WILL SERVE AS A PUBLIC WARNING. This blade (and another "Vitrex" I bought later) is either a poor counterfeit or Vitrex have some explaining to do. I have posted the problem on Vitrex Facebook with photos but they have not accounted to me. Indeed the telephone enquiry lady wasn't very interested - on a "that's what you get" basis.I had previously bought a Vitrex Power Pro 750 (103429) and it was supplied ready fitted with Vitrex ‘Standard’ 180x16 blade their product number (103407)It has been making superb cuts on 9mm porcelain floor tiles !! – no sign of edge chipping.I knew this OEM blade is a bog standard blade and shouldn't last too long on hard porcelain so I thought to buy a spare. The only replacement blades I found were180x22. I purchased both the following from Amazon: - Vitrex General Purpose 180x22 (also numbered 103407, same as the OEM blade – but visibly a different blade altogether) and Vitrex HiGlaze 180x22 (103406)The cutter has a reversible carrier (16 or 22) and besides the blades come with adaptors. The cuts from both blades are intolerably chipped on both surface edges along the cut - they are simply unusable.I thought "well the original OEM blade works superbly, why don't I buy in a stock of these".NO WAY JOSE.Vitrex do not supply the blade that is fitted to the Vitrex cutting machine !! YES, THEY DO NOT!!I learned that the Machine is even made in a different country to where any replacement blades are sourced.Come on Vitrex run down the counterfeiters or explain yourselves. I just wasted lots of money

Excellent Blade that saw through to the end.
Arrived in time and in original packaging. Cut through 4 dozen slate floor tiles without any issues so excellent job and far better than the blade that came with the tile saw in the first place. Would recommend.
