Easy to swallow, high quality capsules. Containing a very decent dose of Vitamin D3 to ensure that your needs are covered. Vitamin D is the one we can't get from diet and in the UK it is very unlikely that we get it from the sunshine so this is the only supplement I would recommend taking.
