Bad battery out the box.
2nd one of these batteries. Same thing. Not hooked up and the battery is dead and won't charge. Not even ran the bike yet. Junk.Ok so after 2 batteries. If ya want to charge it. Ya have to cut the power to the Bluetooth device. If it's flat dead double another battery and pull power from it then hook to ur charger. I've had 2. And the flaw is the Bluetooth. Its nice but put it on a switch. Ur bike won't charge the battery with it on

6 months in and dead
I thought the battery was okay at first but now 6 months in and it won't hold a charge or start in the cold. Confirmed at motorcycle dealer. Not dependable. I'll update this if product support is responsive, but right now it is not looking good in that department (Link for support was bad).Update Dec 9, 2023: Though link for support was bad, I did manage to get there. Pros: easy to work with---gave them order data and they offered a replacement. They offer replacement for up to 24 months after purchase (but no refund after 30 days, I think). Cons: they charged for shipping the replacement and it has yet to arrive (1 week later) and no tracking number.Update Dec 11, 2023: Spoke to someone in support and they were able to get me a tracking number. The replacement came but it is not the same battery. The replacement they sent (https://www.amazon.com/Rechargeable-YTX9-BS-iGel-Motorcycle-Battery/dp/B00IUWM59O) sells for $19.36 less (on Amazon as of this date) than the battery it is replacing. Nor does it have the bluetooth phone app connectivity. So when you consider I had to pay for shipping the replacement, I am down $27.76.Upshot: I will not be buying another battery from Chrome and cannot possibly encourage anyone to do so. A waste of time and money.

Waste of money. Dont buy
Would rate 0 if I could. I bought this battery and put it up on a shelf in my garage for this spring. Tried to use it. Nothing. Tried to charge it, and it said it wasnt connected. I put an ohmeter across it and it said open circuit. Something inside was not connected from the factory

I do not recommend.
It lasted 2 weeks in a 150cc scooter.I think it's just AA batteries wired together.

This battery junk!
Bought in September of 2023 and used it while off grid to charge my phone. It lasted about 40 days and now wont charge. Reading 5.4 volts and can't get it any higher.Don't waste your money......
