Zomaple's Shoulder Surgery Pillow was well thought out in design & construction. I used this to alleviate general shoulder pain from my days working in a machine shop. I had no problem using this pillow while sitting up for work and while laying down. I'm mostly a back sleeper and I was able to adjust the pillow to work for me. Really puts lets strain on your shoulder as long as you work with the pillow to do so.The microfiber fabric was soft to the touch and didn't cause me any itchiness or irritation. Its a great firmness too and hasn't lost that since I started using it a month or so ago. The straps to the pillow are intuitive imo but there are good instructions on how to make sure its secure to your body. I appreciate that the straps are well padded so the pillow isn't introduce any other pain to your body.All & all, I was satisfied with this product. I appreciate the thoughtfulness behind it.

This is very comfortable and easy to put on by myself. I injured my shoulder 2 weeks ago and sleeping was difficult. This pillow raises my arm to a good height so that I can sleep comfortably on my back. I can also sleep on the non-injured side. I am able to tilt towards the injured side to rest which is good as that is my preferred sleeping position.It does move around a little, but I can quickly put in back in place without fully waking up.With ortho injuries, repositioning helps provide significant pain relief and this pillow, with some acetaminophen and ibuprofen, helps me rest much better than with just the drugs alone.

This shoulder pillow for after surgery is a must have. It's design is both comfortable and supportive during recovery. It has helped to minimize pain during the healing process by keeping the arm in a steady position and has an adjustable strap to keep it in one place.It is definitely worth it to purchase if you are having shoulder, arm, or rotator cuff surgery, maybe wrist surgery as well. The pillow overall is very soft and breathable. It does have a slight elevation which can help reduce swelling to help heal faster. It can be used in different sleeping positions and my husband swears by this product since his shoulder surgery. We love the pockets on it as well. They are big enough to have a remote or cell phone in it and be easy accessible.

Disappointed pillow did not easily stay in place. Added a second elastic band (stretch head band) to opposite end which helped.
