Rellaty Official Cat Fountain Filters (8 Filters +8 Sponges)

I absolutely loved this item, but I broke it. I was very heavy-handed when it came to changing out the filter. Otherwise, my cats loved it. I had a sleek look and was very easy to put together. Until I broke it. I would recommend it. The price was nice, it was quiet, there was more than enough water to fill it, there was no leaking, and it didn't take up any space. It fits perfectly in a corner out of the way and I love the little night light for the kitties, even though they can see in the dark.

UPDATED REVIEW! Last update, I promise. After reading some other reviews/tips I discovered a little magnet inside the motor that was clogged. I had never taken the motor apart to that point. Once thoroughly cleaned the fountain started right back up. Additionally, I emailed customer service and got a same day response. If I had not fixed the pump they were going to send a new one. Having said all this, I'm going back to my original 5 star review. I've had this fountain just over four months. Yes, my cats love it, but it's already stopped working. I'm so disappointed. I clean it thoroughly once a week when I refill it. Change the filter and everything. Today I went to clean it and when I plugged it back in it won't turn back on. I've taken it back apart, etc. Will not restart. Terrible that something this pricey ($60 I believe) works for only 4 months. The stainless and ease of cleaning is really nice, but the durability is unacceptable. I have three cats. They LOVE this fountain. They don't touch their water bowls anymore. It's super easy to set up and clean. I have to refill it at least once a week so that's when I clean it out good. My water is filtered so I only change the white filter once a month, but the black filter catches hair so I clean that each time I fill it. Great product!

The vet told us that one of our cats needed hydration. We have 2 cats And there are 3 bowls in Our home, We change them twice a day. I didn't know what else to do, the I couldn't figure out how to get her to drink mormor y at the pet.food store suggested trying cat food made with Pumpkin. That was supposed to I couldn't figure out how to get i I couldn't figure out how to get her to drink more. The lady at the pet food store told me to feed her pumpkin . That was supposed to provide mtr hydration, but neither of our cats would eat it. My sister in law fosters several cats. She swears by this fountain, we love it and the girls do too. Highlander has a very big head and her whiskers are very long, so she avoided the water bowls, But this fountain solves that problem Easily. Penny or other cat seems to drink more too the fountain is so well made and So easy to put together and clean. I love the bubbling noise it's very quiet but it's it's kind of nice. They both drink a lot more water and And I can see why And I can see why because everyone would like fresh moving water instead of old.boring bowl water.that only Got changed twice a day It comes with everything you need and there are very clear instructions For cleaning it and putting it back together. I had to call Relaty About an issue with the filter the young lady that I spoke.to ( Emily) Responded to my email right away she got the whole problem straightened out Right away. Professional Efficient And so very nice. I can't recommend this enough. My cats liked the one of this that I got that I ended up getting a second one. I liked that it came with extra filters (although the second one I got shorted me one filter). It holds a lot of water that works well for my multiple cats to the point it can last multiple days before it's time for me to refill it. It's quiet until the water level gets low, it's easy to clean, and does very well at filtering out hair and debris.

After careful consideration of all other fountains on the market, I decided to purchase one of these for my cats. I've had it for almost 6 months and have purchased another one in that period (I have quite a few cats). I have been very impressed with this fountain. My cats love it, they drink from it often and usually directly from the running spout. Apart from a motor break down, which was due to the little magnetic spindle inside the motor housing failing to spin, I've had no issues with either fountain. The little spindle (which you should pull out in order to clean inside the motor with the tiny supplied brush and which I had been doing each week) had stopped spinning because it had a build up of limescale that I did not notice (I have very hard well water). Once I removed it and descaled it, it went back in smoothly and the motor ran fine again. I cannot fault the fountain for this as it should be part of the regular cleaning routine if you have hard water. I had emailed the seller for assistance and they were the ones that suggested I pull that spindle out and clean inside, as this is apparently the main cause for the motor not working. It was at that point I noticed how much limescale was on it. I believe it simply built up to a point where it no longer had enough space around it to spin freely. Having had this fountain for some months now, I would recommend it without reservation, but would stress that regular and thorough cleaning is essential for the smooth running and longevity of the fountain and for the health of your cats. If you have hard water, I would suggest soaking all the parts in distilled white vinegar before cleaning in warm soapy water and rinsing. This includes the little magnetic spindle. I basically fill one empty water vessel with vinegar, then use it to soak everything else. I do this every two weeks at minimum. Great product at a good price and good customer service!

My two cats just love this fountain. One of our cats wasn't drinking enough, so the vet recommended a fountain like this. I had purchased one before the Rellaty fountain but it was very hard to clean. The Reality fountain is quiet, so easy to clean, and is very sleek and clean looking, too. Cleaning it each week takes me only about 10 minutes - much quicker than the first fountain. I will always buy the Reality fountain.

The carbon filter keeps the water tasting fresh and clean, and the gentle continuous stream gets my cats drinking way more than they ever did from a bowl. The pump is whisper-quiet, so it runs 24/7 without bothering anyone. Cleanup is simple, everything comes apart easily, and the stainless steel looks brand new even after months of use — no staining or sliminess like plastic fountains. Honestly one of the best things I’ve bought for my cats. Highly recommend!

First thing - these are not the magic solution they advertise, but they work and for me, are much better than water dishes. I have found the "my cat drinks more" slogan to be true. The "much better than plastic" is not as big of an advantage as they want you to believe. I have had plastic fountains, switched to these, and I like them better, but all things being equal, I probably would have just stuck with the plastic ones and dealt with cleaning them more often. PRO: Quiet Holds a good amount of water My cats like it Less frequent cleaning and gunk than an all plastic fountain Water and reservoir stays cleaner longer than plastic fountains Pump is cheap and easy to replace if/when it dies CON: IMPOSSIBLE to tell the water level at a glance. This is the biggest pain with any of these fountains - even the ones with a view window There is still a bunch of plastic that gets mold/gunk on it If you want it clean, you have to take the entire thing apart - including the pump: cage, impeller, etc. This one has an over-complicated design with more nooks and crannies than necessary, which means you need a couple different sizes of pipe brush if you really want this to be clean Stainless vs. Plastic Plastic doesn't get as much in the way of mineral deposits. Depending on your water, this could be an issue. Stainless lasts longer with less gunk between cleanings. Stainless dents, plastic scratches. The scratches can house additional gunk/mold between cleanings. Cons with ALL fountains: Cleaning/maintenance materials can get expensive. A water bowl requires just soap and water to clean With this one and most that sit on the floor, you can't tell the water level - even if they have a window NO fountain is mold/gunk free. Stainless are definitely better, but you still have to clean them Bottom line. I like it. I would buy it again - but ONLY because the Veken model I have doesn't hold as much water. Veken has a simpler design that makes cleaning a bit easier.

My cats love this fountain. The large tank provides them cool fresh water for several days, but the best part of this fountain is the customer service. I clean the the bowl, check the filter and clean the pump every time that I refill. This last time, the pump would not restart. I contacted the company and a lovely person promptly responded. She suggested that I clean the pump. When I told her that I already did this, she shipped me a new pump with a two year warranty. They have the best customer service for a good product.

Es un buen producto, de hecho voy a adquirir otro. Antes de comprar esta fuente de agua estuve investigando materiales, comparando modelos, viendo comentarios, etc., pero al final me decidí por esta fuente y desde que lo puse mis gatos empezaron a tomar más agua. Al principio mis gatos eran tímidos, pero en un ratito todos se familiarizaron y empezaron a tomar agua, ahora se hidratan más que antes. Me gustó mucho, no se ha descompuesto (y eso que había visto comentarios cuando iba a comprar de que se descomponía rápido), pero todo muy bien, llevo 1 año y medio y ha funcionado súper bien, una de mis gatitas le ha mordido el cable (le he puesto cinta aislante) y lo vuelve a morder y sigue funcionando la fuente!. La verdad lo súper recomiendo, me encantó !. También ví comentarios de que si se quedaba a un nivel bajo de agua (a ras de la bomba) se descomponía, y a pesar de que sí me ha pasado 3 o 4 vcs porq se me olvidó llenarlo pues sigue trabajando perfecto. Fuente sin ruido, sin fugas, todo súper bien!

I was afraid my cats wouldn’t like it or would be scared of it, but this was not the case. They took to it right away. Easy to clean, easy to assemble, very quiet. It holds quite a bit of water I am glad I made this purchase.
