Update post issue resolution! Proper detailing sent me replacements explaining they had a bad batch created. They also solidified the trouble by providing some extra goodies I wasn’t even expecting. This is how customer service should be done. Great I like the bristles and out of the box the product seemed fantastic, I used them for the first time taking note of the provided instructions for use paired with Koch-Chemie Pol Star textile cleaner to give my GT350 seats, steering wheel, floor mats, and door cards a great clean. They worked great for the cleaning and I had a fantastic experience correcting an issue I had.

I have alcantara leather in my Lexus LC500. This helps get in between the fibers and agitate dust particles. Good to have on hand for any professional or DIY detailer. The hook helps it hang on my detail cart. Very high quality and solid appearance.
