The media could not be loaded.  Provides Wireless Android Auto or Apple Car Play on a good sized screen.It worked out really well, I was able to plug it into the car power, then stuck it on my dash.  The tape didn't work well, so you will probably want to get some other double sided tape.  I ended up using velcro, it means I can move it between the 2 cars that don't have this.  Remove the tape they put on the unit before attaching your own tape. I was worried about the suction cup as the unit is actually quite heavy, not cheap feeling at all, and I was worried the suction cup wouldn't work well.  Also, the velcro lets me hide it when I am parked in the city so people aren't tempted to steal it, after I just plop it back on, the suction cup would take more effort to make happen.After it came on, I turned on bluetooth on my phone and then connected to the device on my phone.  I hit Android Auto, and it connected to the phone after a few seconds and showed me maps. I could then tell it things like Hey Google, give me directions to the Library.  If you tap the side buttons you can switch to make a call or your podcast.  For some reason I didn't see music on there for Android Auto. My brother had it for Car Play.  I can also play music through the device itself, it has a music option. I will have to poke at this more to figure out what happened.Switching between call and podcast and map takes a second.  When it first turns on, it takes about 15 seconds for it to connect to your phone, not sure if that's the device or an Android Auto issue.  It also has an Aux cable (3.5mm) to connect to your stereo system, it's louder than the unit but the speakers on it are loud enough.Overall, if you don't have a screen, this a great way to add one without having to tear your car apart. It's quite a large screen too, fits everything I needed and let me read directions etc really easily.Fyi, there is no backup camera included.

The media could not be loaded.  I've been wanting an android auto device in my car for a while and I finally pulled the trigger on this one. It's been so nice driving with this for the past week, especially for longer drives.The screen is beautiful and plenty bright for all times of day. I've had it on the suction mount and it's stayed secure on my car for a week and I'm not worried about it falling off any time soon - even better though is that there's an additional mounting option that's adheres to the dashboard.It's so nice to be able to pull up a large map and music on the same screen. Both Google maps and Spotify integration work great.The screen can connect to audio via Bluetooth or an aux chord and also has its own speaker, which is impressively powerful.Literally my only nitpicky complaints about the device are on the software side of Android auto - but those problems are with the software and would be present in any Android auto device.Overall I love this thing and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced screen.

The media could not be loaded.  I was looking for a way to add a new console to my car to have CarPlay but it would be expensive to have someone install and i wasn’t sure if I could do myself.Came across this as an easy solution. You can mount to dashboard with the provided sticky pad or a suction cup mount thing for your windshield.Setup is quick, you just pair in your Bluetooth settings. After that whenever I start the car it automatically connects. It works just like the built in CarPlay in our newer car. Has aux cable to connect sound but also has a speaker built in. It can connect with FM transmitter but I haven’t tried that yet.A cool feature that we can’t do on our newer car- there is an Apple AirPlay option so you can mirror your iPhone to the screen. Very handy when I’m waiting to pick up kid from practice or something and can watch video a on it.Highly recommend as an easy CarPlay solution!

Really like the unit, but I emailed support with a question, and never received a reply. I was hoping for a firmware update status, and if the boot screen can be changed. The unit sometimes randomly reboots, so I was hoping they had an updated firmware to fix the problem. Dropping two stars due to lack of support.

I have several different versions of these portable Android Auto/Apple CarPlay devices.They are super easy to install and use. This brings a breath of fresh air into a car that has an otherwise really old infotainment system.The menu system is super easy to navigate and there isn't much lag at all via wireless connection.I do notice that my phone battery does go down faster so it's a good thing to keep the phone plugged in so it's charging while you are using this. I made the trip up to PA and it had zero issues. Maybe one disconnect.One downfall is the shiny screen. In direct sunlight it can be hard to see because of the glare.

Love his CarPlay devise. Set up was as easy as possible. Plugged in, turned on, selected the Bluetooth on my phone ... done.Positives: Great size screen, touch screen, works perfectly, run the sound through car system using the Aux input, Phone / calls run straight through the unit and speakers with clear soundSet up using the window suction cup ... set up so unit sits on dash so no wobble. Take it down each night and put on the passenger floor out of sight for security and also to put the sun shades up ... so that's a pain but manageable.Screen is wide and relatively flat so does not obstruct view through windshield.For under $100 on Black Friday, so worth it.

The media could not be loaded.  A very very good product! I have an older truck and I found this to give me Apple CarPlay and it works perfect! Probably the easiest setup I’ve ever did on anything, basically plug and play. And it has various options of how to connect the audio which was a huge plus! Everything works like it’s supposed to, audio is great, video is great, picture is great! Would definitely recommend.

A compact Auto play that fits nicely onto the windscreen or onto the dash of your vehicle (your preference) In less than 60 seconds the Auto player was hooked up to my Bluetooth and ready to be enjoyed. Voice command brings this Auto player to life. The music taken from my phone (Spotify) runs simultaneously with the GPS. By attaching the accessory cables that come with the package to ones car Stereo, all commands and music will be heard through the cars speakers. This makes it most enjoyable for the passengers too. Once on the road, there is easy voice access to Google by just asking her questions by voice command. (Find the nearest golf course, Find the nearest drug Store, and Find the quickest way to a certain destination). Within seconds a few golf courses appeared.. Ask Google any information.. Weather, Traffic, even how she feels is all done by voice command. The screen is crystal clear both during the day, and very easy to see driving at night.I cannot express how pleased I am being the owner of this Auto player and would highly recommend the purchase of this product, especially for an older vehicle that was produced without an Auto screen GPS

The media could not be loaded.  This is my third time buying toguard products for my cars, the first one was a mirror with backup camera, the second one was apple car play 9 inch. And this is the third one the 7 inch one as my second car is a smaller car, the 7inch size fits perfectly. The item delivered one day after purchasing it. It was nicely packed and the package has everything you need to install it. The manual is detailed enough. I bought for my second car after buying the previous 9 inch carplay screen. Thewireless connectivity is amazing. It has wireless apple carplay and android carplay which makes it very useful for myself and my wife as each of us has a different OS. It was very easy to connect , I love that you can also connect the sound Bluetooth to your car!! First connect to screen, then connect your phone to your car, you need to choose Bluetooth from the screen sound output. The size of the screen is great and I love that it has has the split screen feature. The fact that for that.you don't need to remove the old Consol makes it very easy to install with minimum effort. You just place on the top of the dashboard using the sticky pad comes with it. The fact that we connect to it wirelessly without the need for wires makes it very effective.Install it and enjoy!!

I was shook to see that it not only has apple car play but apple air play as well, you can see in the photos I was able to mirror my screen which was awesome, and setting up airplay and CarPlay both were pretty simple. Sits well in the car and I’m loving the added functionality, def recommend! Tested GPS, calling, everything works fine. And airplay is great for stuff not supported by CarPlay!
