1.What size of car centre console fits our car seats?

Our car seat is compatible with single door and double door car centre consoles measuring 16.5 x 8.6 inches (length x width).

2.What size of pet is suitable for our car seat?

Our car seat is suitable for dogs and cats weighing less than 11 pounds, with a body length under 11.7 inches and a body width under 7 inches. Also we recommend measuring your pet's lying length before purchasing.

3.What should I do if the product received has an odour?

Because our products are vacuum-packed, coupled with long-distance transportation, resulting in the inside of the odor is more difficult to get rid of, so we recommend that you can put it outdoors to ventilate for about 2-3 days.
